the government should execute the rape victims as well?

As we can read from the bible, not only rape is a sin, but also being raped is sin.
if the rape victim didn't scream, the judge should prosecute the rape victim and sentence both to death penalty.
I'm not a bible fanatic or anything, but if you are a good christian, we should do exactly as god wants.

It's a sin if they don't scream for help. In my experience, rape victims do, in fact, scream for help. Stop trolling.

You ask for people to not twit your words, but yet you twist the words of the bible?

It is not a sin to be raped, it is a sin to consent to it.
Mystdancer50 has it correct
Unless she screams for help which is resisting, then she is consenting
Both the male and female are consenting to the act of engaging in what Gods considers evil.
Fornication.
God wants the woman to resist fight scream, whatever it takes to discourage the attacker.
Its not a pleasant subject nor a pleasant realization for anybody who has ever been threatened by violence to consent.
Yet we are also told not to fear the one who can kill the body but not the soul.
In Gods eyes it is better to die holy and blameless than to live for oneself and consent to sin.
Additionally in a situation such as this, I believe self defense for the woman with lethal force is justified by God.

Anyone that has a thread of common sense can understand that. I have reviewed your other thread posts in all the forums. It is obvious to me why you are here. Same old song and dance. Its nothing new. And I am not your brother. My brother is currently in his bedroom asleep.

A young woman meets a young man in the city and they both go off to some private room to have sex. If the woman screamed in the city before going off to some private room to have sex people would have heard.

ok maybe you are right. but in verse 20~21, women who are virgin should be punished by death.
I don't know why so obsessed with virgin in bible.
I assume there are many christian women who aren't married but virgin.

talk about not knowing how to read. No where dose it say being raped is a sin. or said what you are wanting it to say.

Just like you did not understand the last scripture you posted a thread about, likewise here, your also very ignorant. But because of your attitude., you will not get the answer from me. be ignorant if that is what you want.

I consider the 'not screaming' would show a willingness to partake.

But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, `Raca,' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, `You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell. (Matthew 5:22)
brother, you should pray right now for your sin.
by calling me ignorant, you just bought a ticket to hell

God was establishing the seriousness of his laws, values and principles.
As well the earth was being populated and he wanted purity for his people.
Hence the emphasis on purging evil from among his people.
This was a progression within humanity in knowing God
Leading up to Grace and mercy through Christ.
If we think of humanity as a child growing from the stages of baby to adulthood, this was back at the toddler stages where the rules of the house had to be laid out.
Had God issued mercy and grace from the beginning and instant punishment later in the stages of time it would have been like spoiling a child for sparing the rod, then having to try and use the rod later after one had reached teen years or adulthood.
Which would have been kinda backwards.
