The Holy Spirit is in all places at all times. Anyone that is seeing the invisible spirit world at any time in any place could possibly see the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is omniscient.

A spirit can hear a person's thoughts, see us and has a memory. The Spirit of Truth being "God" would have a perfect memory. Look at the supernatural orb, a true spiritual entity appearing to bear witness...could this be a Spirit which knows all things?...

Romans 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.

We give testimony to the Lord our savior that he died for our sins that we may live with the Father for all of eternity.

The potential of this thread in evangelism, witnessing the truth in the bible and understanding is good.

It has zero potential. Last time I checked, Jesus didn't say "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations about the manifestation of the Holy Spirit as orbs of light..."

I mean well when I say this....

Have you zoomed this picture in and looked at the thing inside it?

He is green (jealousy) and his eyes and mouth is blackened (his light is black).

Did you also notice on his left the black-edged out "white" girl (not pure) who also has her openings blackened (her light is black)?

This reminds me that we are not only watched by the angels......

Psalm 139:7-8 Where can I go from Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.

The Holy Spirit is omnipresent. God caters to the believer and non believer alike. The Holy Spirit would not be any different. They both would go unchanging and this would not be any different in the afterlife in some ways, I highly doubt..

What matters most is that Holy Spirit is working within out hearts. Debating whether this orb is Holy Spirit is irrelevant

The orb which I replied to contained a face which was green and a girl greyish white. Both has blackened openings. I would, just because it is a orb, highly doubt that this orb is representative of the Holy Spirit, who is not contained in an orb, but is omnipresent.

If you are speaking about the possibility of angels and demons, then I would have to also say that this orb represents a false jealousy present in that home.

This is true. But this could possibly be evidence of the Holy Spirit's existence and lead to a better understanding of the Holy Bible. It also has the potential of drawing the non believer who requires evidence to Christ. The potential and it's fulfillment is certainly worth looking into.

Why would anyone think a ball of light is the Holy Spirit and not some demonic manifestation?

Ridiculous.

Evidence to the Holy Spirit's existence is not ridiculous. To my knowledge, there have been no reports of the supernatural orb being demonic. I'm a personal witness to the Holy Spirit (supernatural orb) and can assure you that He is not evil.

Wouldn't that be something to see! I have never seen anything like that but maybe I'm not as spiritual as I should be.

It is not that you are or are not spiritual, but each gift is given accordingly.

But, do not believe everything you hear.

But, would it not be ridiculous to place the Spirit into a defined orb, when it says that He is omnipresent?

Are you saying that the orb I was speaking of is the Holy Spirit (the one with the green man and white girl with their openings blackened)?

The orb is separate from other spirits. Sometimes a spirit, good or bad will appear inside the orb.

Perhaps, doing the Lord's will, the Holy Spirit is bringing an evil spirit into a person's life as temporal punishment for sin. The abuse of drugs like methamphetamine are sins that bring evil spirits into a person's life.

1 Samuel 16:14 Now the Spirit of the Lord had departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD tormented him.

Perhaps, one way that this is done is through the Holy Spirit..

I am a little apprehensive writing about this subject however here we go....
First of all I am not saying all orb sighting are real or there is one explanation that covers all sighting but they certainly do exist.
My son and I witnessed many dozen separate events back in March 2010 when I was studying Ufology, including around 10 or so very close sightings over a 3 month period.
All sightings where outside in North West UK and some videoed. We reported them on a UFO website and other people saw what we saw at around the same time. The balls of light were pretty large, extremely bright, moved direction and appeared on occasions to interact with requests, such as "go brighter".
I went and bought a zoom camera and telescope for better viewing, but eventually got scared by what I was witnessing.
Anyway... I did a lot of research on the subject and dismissed UFO/aliens and thought this was more of a spiritual kind of thing.
I never got to the bottom of it, however I can assure you it was very real.
Watching many videos and doing a fair bit of reading on the subject eventually lead me to believe in Christianity, funny how I came to this in the end, but I do believe in my heart that there was something or someone leading me to this direction and to the conclusion I came to.
Anyway I don't talk to anyone really about what we saw anymore as it can stir up a lot of negativity and I certainly would not encourage doing what I did as I think activity is promoted with ones interest in the subject.
I don't think about if these orbs are negative or positive in influence I'm just glad they got me thinking or I may have never become a believer in God.

To me, the Holy Spirit is shaped like a u-turn when we see a man holding a "work for food" sign.

Orbs and such don't seem to manifest much love, just lust of the flesh.

For all that is in the world,
the lust of the flesh,
and the lust of the eyes,
and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
(1 John 2:16)

But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father,
who is unseen.
Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

(Matthew 6:6)

And they will say to you, 'Look, there!' or 'Look, here!' Do not go out or follow them.
(Luke 17:23)

I've heard them referred to as "angels," too.

They also exist in non-Christian and occult settings.......New Agers are big into them, too. If you don't believe me, then I suggest that you google it using the search term "angel orbs," or "light orbs." You'll come across all kinds of sites.

The thing is, "orbs" are not mentioned in the Bible. How do you know that this phenomenon isn't either
1.) dust particles
or, even worse
2.) demonic deception?

We are told to test all things. The fact that it isn't in the Bible and that it draws people's attention off of Jesus Christ suggests to me that the origin isn't with God.

What would you say if I told you it was all true and that Jesus had revealed the Holy Spirit to me Himself?
How do you know it was the real Holy Spirit and not a demon masquerading around as "an angel of light?"

Just because you have a supernatural experience, and a spirit tells you that it is named "Holy Spirit," that does not make it so.
