Here is another biblical "truth" that begs to be studied as it seems the majority may be wrong.
Revelation chapter 20 clearly teaches that there is one and only one "ana-stasis" (resurrection) of the saved saints of God. Blessed is he that hath part in the 1st resurrection upon which the second "death" hath no power. Almost all teach that Jesus can or could come at any minute and wham bam we are gone and all the world wonders where we went. Almost every person I have asked places the resurrection at the beginning of or right before the beginning of the events of Revelation I.E. the 7 seals, the 7 trumpets and the vials or bowls of God's wrath.
Based upon the following truths I will ask a serious question.
1. A careful study of the word saints will reveal that in this age the saints are the saved children of God associated with true New Testament Churches I.E. The saints at Ephesus, Thessalonica, Colosse, Etc.
2. At the fifth seal a mass number of people are killed for their witness and stance for Christ. They are told to rest a little while until their brothers are killed in like manner I.E. heads cut off for not taking the mark of the beast.
3. Both Daniel and Revelation clearly teache that war will be made against the saints of God and the Beast, Anti-Christ will wear the saints of the most high for 3 and one half years.
4. Revelation also teaches that the ones who are killed at the fifth seal and the ones who loose their heads for refusing to take the mark of the beast shall LIVE AND REIGN WITH CHRIST a thousand years which is indicative of being resurrected.
My Question is.....
IF there is only one resurrection of the saved and if it occurs before the events of Revelation then when do the SAINTS MURDERED for their witness and testimony of and for Jesus get resurrected seeing how they were killed after the imminent return of Christ and the one and only one resurrection of the saints?
