There are prerogatives of the ministry that is better left to them...
Act 19:13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.
Act 19:14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.
Act 19:15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
Act 19:16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

I believe in the healing of the sick by the laying on of hands. Though I mainly see pastors/ministers do this, I also believe that Holy Spirit will move someone to pray over someone and, if they are obedient, healing will take place. 
I think this is more of a Pentecostal/Charismatic believers thing, however, so some won't agree with it just because of their personal beliefs, but this doesn't mean they aren't saved or believers in Christ. I think that when we get caught up in doctrinal debates, we miss the vital things. One must have repented. One must have a relationship with Christ. One must lay down their self daily, take up their cross, and follow Him. He will lead and He will teach and no amount of debating will change a stubborn belief. I know this first hand because it is really hard for anyone to convince me that my beliefs are wrong.

I know this first hand because it is really hard for anyone to convince me that my beliefs are wrong. We are the church. Can they all heal I believe so if they get out there and try. But how will you know if you don't even have the faith to try? Then say I don't have the gift how do you know you don't have it? Have you tried ???? Even that it says seek all the gift and God will give... Lets not make excuses
