Matt 24:14

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Many today are in serious error about the Gospel of the Kingdom, supposing it to be other than the Gospel of Jesus Christ Rom 1:16 or the Gospel of God's Grace, however its not, they're one and the same Acts 20:24-25

24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

25 And now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more.

And it [The Gospel of the Kingdom] is to be fed to the Church of God Acts 20:28

28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Acts 28:31

30 And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all[jew or gentile] that came in unto him,

31 Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.

Not only so, but the Church of God, purchased with His Blood, is also the Kingdom of God,

For this is clearly indicated by Jesus words to Peter and the disciples here Matt 16:18-19

18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven or Church: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

The Church is that Spiritual Kingdom governed by Christ, the word church does mean:

ii.a company of Christian, or of those who, hoping for eternal salvation through Jesus Christ, observe their own religious rites, hold their own religious meetings, and manage their own affairs, according to regulations prescribed for the body for order's sake
Christ is it's King/Head !

Paul writing to the Church at Corinth stated 1 Cor 4:17-20

17 For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.

18 Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you.

19 But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power.

20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

The Kingdom of God here is the Church and its adiminstration in power !

The Church is that Kingdom that Jesus refers to here Jn 18:36

Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

He said the same of His Chosen followers Jn 17:14,16,20

I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

And the same should apply to all those who shall believe on Christ through their Word:

20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;

And so the Gospel of the Kingdom is comprised of all those Kingdom Mysteries alluded to here Matt 13:11

11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

I agree with John Gill on this verse:

by the "kingdom of heaven", is meant the Gospel, which treats of the kingdom of heaven, and of things pertaining to it; of the saints' meetness for it, which is the regenerating and sanctifying grace of the Spirit; and of their right to it, which lies in the justifying righteousness of Christ. The "mysteries" of it intend the sublime doctrines thereof; such as relate to the Trinity of persons in the Godhead, to the incarnation of Christ, and the union of the two natures, human and divine, in him, eternal predestination, redemption by Christ, satisfaction by his sacrifice, justification by his righteousness, and pardon through his blood, the resurrection from the dead things, though clearly revealed, yet may have difficulties attending them, and which are not very easily solved: now to know and understand the great truths of the Gospel, spiritually, savingly, and experimentally, is not from nature, or to be acquired by men's industry, but is the gift of God's grace, flowing from his sovereign will and pleasure; a favour which the disciples of Christ, as a chosen people, receive from the Lord, and which is denied others:
And these Truths of the Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached as a witness as stated here Matt 24:14

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

svedbygrace, are you saying that the gospel of the kingdom is "the gospel,"? Are you exposing those (dispensationalists) who claim that Paul was teaching a gospel that was of grace only. The dispensational establishment teaches that "the gospel of the kingdom" (Matt. 4:23), preached by Jesus, was not preached by Paul (i.e., is not for the church? Do you, like me, recognize that most evangelical teachers are not preaching the same gospel preached by Jesus?

The Gospel of the Kingdom ! 2

Now Jesus said something about those who be without or to whom it is not given to know the Mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, Gospel Truths Matt 13:11

11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

In the same account Mk 4:11

And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:

Which I take to be without the Kingdom, not born into the Kingdom, but outside foreigners, the Gospel Truths and Mysteries are hid 2 Cor 4:3-4

3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

They cannot see them as to understand them and believe, because we must first be birthed into His Kingdom, or else this applies Jn 3:3

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see/understand the kingdom of God.

The Kingdom of God and its Mysteries of the Gospel. Jn 8:47

47 He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

Jn 18:37

37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

Also it matters not that in Matt 13:11 they are called Mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven and not of God, because in Mk 4:11 they are called Mysteries of the Kingdom of God instead of Heaven !

So its the same Kingdom of God as Jn 3:3

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

But now if we do understand the Gospel of the Kingdom as per Matt 13:23

23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

Notice Hear and Understand, that indicates we were already in the Kingdom by New Birth Jn 3:3, or else how could we understand ?

And so we shall come to receive, understand the Mysteries thereof Matt 13:11.

To them without, not born again into the Kingdom, it has not been given to them to understand, and that is final, for it has not been given is in the perfect tense in the original !

The Only way to Believe the Gospel of God's Grace is to be Born into the Kingdom of God, other than that, its a message of death ! 2 Cor 2:14-16

14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.

15 For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:

16 To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?

The Gospel is the Wisdom of God in a Mystery !

1 Cor 2:7

7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

The Gospel pertains to Mysteries and even the hidden wisdom of God, meaning these Truths cannot be discovered by the Natural mind of man, they must be revealed or made known by the Spirit.

Some of these Mysteries doeth include the matter of the believers prior Eternal Union with Christ, and such things forming the foundation of the Various Imputations, The Unions of the Divine and Mediator Natures in the One Person of Jesus Christ, The Godhead Union of the Father, Son/ Word and Holy Ghost, Yet One God!

This is what Paul terms the Gospel He Preached here in 1 Cor 2:7

Yes the same Wisdom of God as here 1 Cor 1:24

24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

The Gospel of God is the compilation of various Mysteries, which are also called this Matt 13:11

11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

John Gill writes:

because it is given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of
heaven:
by the "kingdom of heaven", is meant the Gospel, which treats of the kingdom of heaven, and of things pertaining to it; of the saints' meetness for it, which is the regenerating and sanctifying grace of the Spirit; and of their right to it, which lies in the justifying righteousness of Christ. The Gospel is the Mystery of the Faith denoted here 1 Tim 3:9

9 Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.

The Gospel and its various sublime Truths are not things that man can just choose to accept or reject with his so called freewill !557

Funny thing that his close disciples never understood 'why' his death until after his resurrection.
Naww, when they were sent out in pairs before his death, they went preaching that the Kingdom was at hand...because the King was here...but they didn't realize the King had to first die.

The Gospel is the Wisdom of God in a Mystery ! 2

Now who does Paul say are the recipients of this Gospel which is the Wisdom of God in a Mystery ?

First of all its to them which are being called 1 Cor 1:24

But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

So quite clearly those here in this context who are termed the called, are distinct from those who are not called, and to whom Christ is not the power of God and the Wisdom of God.

The called here are the same as those in Rom 8:28

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

And these are not all mankind without exception !!

And Paul calls them something else here 1 Cor 2:6

Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought :

That word speak means to Preach in this context, its used as preach many times as like here Acts 8:25;Mark 2:2; Acts 11:20

So they preached Christ the Wisdom of God among them that are Perfect !

Now what does that mean ? What does being perfect mean ? It means for one, those who are viewed by God as Perfect in Christ !

The word means in the original:

wanting nothing necessary to completeness
perfect

This is applied to all whom God see's in Christ Col 2:10

And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Secondly it means those who have been brought forth by the New Birth, which is a Perfect Gift from above James 1:17-18

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

That word above is the greek word Anothen and means:

from above, from a higher place of things which come from heaven or God

from the first, from the beginning, from the very first
anew, over again

Its no surprise its used here with Jesus Jn 3:3 as born again or born from above, Jn 3:3

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

That word born Gennao:

It means brought forth in Lk 1:57

Now Elisabeth's full time came that she should be delivered; and she brought forth G1080 a son.

It means beget in several places Matt 1:2; 1 Jn 5:1

So this agrees with James 1:18

Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

And this we believe to be a perfect Gift from above James 1:17

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

And so, those that are perfect in 1 Cor 2:6 are those born from above, and its is exclusively to them that the Gospel as the Wisdom of God in a Mystery is spoken or Preached to as a word of Salvation. 1 Cor 2:6

6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:

By New Birth they are perfectly capacitated by a New Heart and Mind to receive the Gospel of the Kingdom and understand it and bear fruit Matt 13:23

23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

The Natural man void of the Spirit is not capacitated to receive the Gospel in the Wisdom of God with Spiritual Understanding !

Those things are foolishness to them 1 Cor 2:14

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

The things of the Spirit of God refers back to 1 Cor 2:6

6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:

But to the perfect, the born from above ones, the Gospel in the scriptures and the Spirit's Illumination is able to make one wise unto Salvation as Per 2 Tim 3:15

And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 558

in my opinion the world is a proving ground, Christ Jesus came to show us how Kingdom living will be, and if we can live on earth as we will in heaven, then we are ok, if not, then its questionable but i don't know.

The Gospel of the Kingdom 3

Matt 24:14

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

This Gospel of the Kingdom, when its a word of Salvation, is for a specific Kingdom People that God has given to Christ; for remember the words as these from the Saviour King Jn 6:37

37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

See also Jn 6:65;17:2, these are people given to Christ to make up His Kingdom that the Father appoints him Lk 22:29

29 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;

Now the Father hath not appointed Him a Kingdom without subjects to serve Him, and so the Father hath determined the subjects of that Kingdom, remember Jesus shall soon say to His Sheep Matt 25:34

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

This is the Kingdom that they were called unto by the Gospel 1 Thess 2:12

That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.

The Kingdom they are to inherit Matt 25:34

2 Thess 2:14

14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

That's why its the Gospel of the Kingdom Matt 24:14, its because the Gospel calls its subjects to the obtaining of the Glory of it, and even more specifically, we see that this Kingdom was given to the Resurrected and Ascended Christ after accomplishing His Redemptive Work for them on the Cross, and ascended to the Right Hand of God Dan 7:13-14

13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

This Kingdom is all for whom He died ! Its His Redeemed Kingdom Rev 5:9-10

9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.559

The Gospel of the Kingdom 4

Yes, Daniel 7:13-14 is the Lord Jesus Christ's redeemed Kingdom redeemed by His Blood to serve Him as per Rev 5:9-10

9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Now the word Kings here is the greek word Basileus and means:

leader of the people, prince, commander, lord of the land, king

Its most prominent use is Kings 82 times . Now its used to describe those redeemed by Christ's Blood so these are Spiritual Kings , reigning with Christ. Remember Rom 5:17

17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ)

They are basically the same word, here its the word Basileuo and means:

I.
to be king, to exercise kingly power, to reign
A.
of the governor of a province

B.
of the rule of the Messiah

C.
of the reign of Christians in the millennium

II.
metaph. to exercise the highest influence, to control

I also believe this is what God meant to Abraham here Gen 17:5-6

5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.

Its Spiritual Kings that God means here, comprised of Abraham's Spiritual Seed from amongst the jews and gentiles Vs 5 !

In many translations kings in Rev 5:10 has been translated Kingdoms :

Rev 5:10

10 and madest them to be unto our God a kingdom and priests; and they reign upon earth. ASV

10 And You have made them a kingdom (royal race) and priests to our God, and they shall reign [as kings] over the earth!AMP

and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God,
and they shall reign on the earth.” ESV

10 “You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.” NASB

Now notice the similar wording in Dan 77:14

14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

" all people, nations, and languages" and Rev 5:9

9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

So no doubt they are the same Kingdom, with the same King. We also believe its that same Royal Priesthood spoken of here 1 Pet 2:9

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called [By the Gospel of the Kingdom] you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

And so the Gospel of the Kingdom is for the ingathering of all the subjects of that Kingdom, for remember Dan 7:14 states that these subjects shall serve Him, which commences by Gospel Obedience. This Kingdom is a fixed set predetermined amount of people, foreknown by the Father and given tl the Son 1 Pet 1:2-4

2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,560

A Gospel Imperative is operative to the called !

Acts 16:31

31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

The word believe here in the greek is πιστεύω:

I believe, have faith in, trust in; pass: I am entrusted with.

And here its an aorist imperative active ! The imperative mood means:

is a command or instruction given to the hearer, charging the hearer to carry out or perform a certain action. Which equals a work !

And by it being active, the subject is to do the action, or the work ! This really puts those who teach believing as an condition man does in order for God to save him, puts them in a bad position, because they are teaching and believing in salvation by works, no way around that conclusion ! However what I want to clarify about an Gospel Imperative, whenever its given to one for whom Christ died and its God's time for them to be converted, those Chosen to Salvation through Sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the Truth 2 Thess 2:13, the Imperative to believe is also operative, meaning it is exerting power and influence to bring about the result of believing, hence we have scripture Like Rom 1:16

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

16 for I am not ashamed of the good news of the Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation to every one who is believing, both to Jew first, and to Greek. YTL

If one is believing as the Gospel is delivered to them, that's indicative of it being the power of God causing that desired result !

To the called, as the Gospel goes out it is being applied by the Spirit unto Gospel Obedience 1 Pet 1:1:2

2 Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

Hence their believing the Light of the Gospel is commanded and operative , such like when God said "let there be Light" and there was Light, which is Paul's meaning here 2 Cor 4:6

6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

That's How we believe the Gospel with our Hearts, its the result of God's Power of Command saying Let there be Light in their Hearts, and so light is given and produces the desired result of the Imperative to Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ !

Notice how Paul in Vs 6 includes himself as one of the ones that God shined the Gospel in his Heart, which I believe refers to here Acts 9:3-6

3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

John writes to believers that they were commanded to believe on the Name of the Son of God 1 Jn 3:23

23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

This Gospel command is operative to the sanctified Heb 10:10 and is not an asking, a pleading, a begging, it brings about the intended result, Just like this Mk 1:25-27

25 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.

26 And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him.

27 And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.

And that's how an Gospel Imperative is stated ; again a definition of the imperative mood is:

The imperative mood corresponds to the English imperative, and expresses a command to the hearer to perform a certain action by the order and authority of the one commanding.

Believing the Gospel for the Spiritually Sanctified Elect is not an option for their freewill to decide upon, its by the Commanding Authority of God, obeyed by the one the command is issued to !

They obey just like those unclean spirits did in Mark 1:25-27 !561

The Gospel is preached to the poor /meek !

Lk 4:18

18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

The Gospel is preached to the poor ! Or the Meek Isa 61:1

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

Yes, even though the Gospel was to be preached worldide , nevertheless when it comes to whom it is to be a word of Salvation to, its very specific, Jesus says its Preached to the Poor or the Meek, for the meek shall be clothed with Salvation scripture says Ps 149:4

For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation.

Remember when John the Baptist sent his disciples to inquire of Jesus if He be the long awaited Messiah to come according to scripture prophecy, Jesus replied to them this to say to John Matt 11:4-5

4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:

5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

and the poor have the gospel preached to them
The Gospel is Preached to the poor because they shall be rich in Faith, and they are the Heirs of the Kingdom James 2:5

Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?

Now there are a few things to notice about these called Poor, For it says that they Love God which is what is stated of the called according to His Purpose Rom 8:28

28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Therefore they must have circumcised hearts to be able to Love God Deut 30:6

And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live. This speaks of New Birth !

They are Chosen Eph 1:4 ; 1 Cor 1:27 and they are Heirs of the Kingdom Matt 25:34

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

And by them being rich in Faith, they are born again of the Spirit , for Faith is a fruit of the Spirit Gal 5:22

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, So is Love to God a fruit of the Spirit.

One more important point about the poor in Spirit Matt 5:3

3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

For theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven, and since that's a Promise to them, then the Gospel is Preached unto them, for they have been given ears to hear, Remember Matt 11:5

5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.

The deaf hear because of the Miracle of Grace and New Birth, all for whom the Gospel is to be a word of Salvation to, they shall be given ears to hear the Gospel of their Salvation Eph 1:13

13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,562

Preached to them which are Perfect !

1 Cor 2:1-8

And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.

2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

3 And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.

4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:

5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:

7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

Make no mistake here Paul is speaking about the Gospel of Christ as the Wisdom of God 1 Cor 1:24

24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

This certainly gives us to understand that Paul went into details on the Person and work of Christ, and all the Eternal Counsels related unto it as he alluded to here Acts 20:27

27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

Now who are they which are called the perfect in Vs 6 ?

First it is those who are born again and have Spiritual life ! Remember Paul said to them this 1 Cor 4:15

For though ye have ten thousand instructers in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

That word begotten means that Paul was instrumental in their Spiritual conversion by the Gospel, however life had to be already present in order for the Gospel to bring it forth.

I believe James here is saying the similar James 1:18

18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

The word of Truth here and the Gospel in 1 Cor 4:15 are the same. So the point is, those who are among the perfect have been born of the Spirit, so when they hear and understand the Gospel they bring forth some fruit like Faith Matt 13:23

23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

Also they are the ones who by their position in Christ are perfect in Him. All for whom He died and arose, died and arose with Him and are seated together with Him in the Heavenlies Eph 2:6

6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Remember Paul said that he begat them how in 1 Cor 4:15 ?

15 For though ye have ten thousand instructers in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

And in Him they are viewed by God as Perfect and Complete Col 2:10

And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

They are complete in Him their Head even before conversion, but that fact ensures their conversion, and that's why the Gospel of their Salvation is sent to them Eph 1:13

That word complete does mean:

to make complete in every particular, to render perfect

All who are in Christ as He is their Head, they are all made perfect in Him as they with Him sit together in the Heavenlies, and as such, they will in God's time be begotten by the Gospel of Christ, which is the Wisdom of God in a Mystery 1 Cor 2:6-8

Before we can understand and believe the Gospel, we have to be made perfect by New Birth, God's Perfect Life of the Spirit indwelling us !563

Ye heard the Gospel of your Salvation !

Eph 1:13

13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Its so plain, but those who are spiritually blind will never see it, but when the Gospel is a message of Salvation to anyone, that one must already be in a saved state, for it is the Gospel of their Salvation or your Salvation. The word your as in your salvation is the greek word Humon and means:

of yours, its in the Genitive case. Now what is the Genitive case in greek ?:

For the most part, the genitive is often viewed as the case of possession. In more technical terms one noun in the genitive case helps to qualify another noun by showing its "class" or "kind".

In other words it qualifies what Kind of Gospel it is, Its of your Salvation, they posses the Salvation when the Gospel informs them of the Good News of it !

You see, the point is this, how could it be the Gospel of your salvation or the Salvation of you, if and when a person is in a lost and unsaved state ?

For that makes no sense at all, and consequently makes it to be the sinner to do something that Christ has not done, to consummate their Salvation, so it should have read, "when you heard of the opportunity to get saved and make it your salvation "

But Glory be to God and the Lord Jesus Christ, that the Gospel is the Good News of your Salvation when indeed you are in a saved state !564

The kingdom is a kingdom of righteousness

Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

/Doing right always

Phil 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

the power of the holy spirit within you in love with Jesus doing always right and not sinning anymore because God does his works and God cannot sin

2 John 1:6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandments.
This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.
2 John 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come into our flesh.
(to walk with us in right doing)
This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

Kingdom of right doing by Jesus dwelling within

Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
Col 1:28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
Col 1:29 Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

so we, like Paul can now walk in the commandments

for they are not done away..
Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Ye heard the Gospel of your Salvation ! 2

Paul when writing to Timothy writes 2 Tim 1:9

9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

Notice that Paul says first "who saved us" then and called us ! How di God call them ? By the Gospel, for the order is to save then to call ; because the Gospel is hid to the Lost 2 Cor 4:3-4

3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

So again, first God saves us from a Lost condition, then calls us by the Gospel, in fact the same order is observed here 2 Thess 2:13-14

13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

First God the Holy Spirit saves us by New Birth and then God calls us by the Gospel, to the obtaining of the Glory of our Lord Jesus Christ, again this call of the Gospel is not issued to those who are in a unregenerate, spiritually dead state, while their minds are blinded by the God of this world !565

Amen brothers! In Bible we have two expressions about Gospel. In Romans, for example, we have the expression "Gospel of God", and in gospel of Matthew we have "Gospel of the Kingdom" (cf. Mtt. 24:14). What is the difference between the two? Almost no difference, because the "Gospel of the Kingdom" is included in the "Gospel of God", but in the practice there a difference.

When we see for "Gospel of God" we have consider in Jesus as Son of Man (or David cf. Rom 1:1-4) and as Son of God. As Son of Man He came to save us from our sins, giving us, by faith, by grace, the redemption, the justification. But, and He as Son of God? As Son of God He came to give us the eternal life, the divine life (zoe in greek cf. Jn 10:10).

In the all history of God with the man, the God's will is establishes His Kingdom, His authority in the earth (cf. Gn 1:28; 2:15; Mtt 6:10; Rv 11:15) by the man. The "Gospel of God" show us two steps to this happen. First God saves the man who He created, saving him from the hands of His enemy and giving His eternal life (God Himself). Second, He prepares this saved man making him mature in His life. Just in mature the man can reign in the Kingdom of God. (cf. Mtt 13:43; Heb 2:5; Rev 20:4)
