All I will say is this, any idea of exaggerated "grace" or hyper "grace" is ridiculous in my eyes, scripturally. If God is above All, if God is sovereign, then the most exaggerated grace man can "invent" He owns. And actually, He is even above and beyond that. This is a sovereignty issue.
what I see and hear on that produced TV show that costs lots of money and has lots of makeup,etc., is men looking to define a limit to God's grace because of people's sin. Am I wrong? Is this not exactly Brown's point about the gay pride comment? The difference is being man-minded instead of God-minded. God's grace knows no bounds because He is God. He saves to the utmost and outermost if He wills to do so. Unfortunately, people want to then define God because of man's sin. This is very bad theology, IMO.
