Well he chose me when I was a drunk. In fact He died for me before I was born. So if you want to call Him a chicken. He came first and is the first fruits of the resurrection. So neither came first. The one that created the chicken came first and I'm glad that He created chickens because they sure do taste good. especially southern fried. But then again a soft boiled egg is is just as delicious.
Since Ive lately aquired chickens....
Id have to say neither, for first had to be the idea, the creation.
Then Id say the chicken, for the egg requires in faith, the work, care to bring the egg to hatch!
Maby we are just chickens after all, in faith, working to take care of the egg, salvation!
