Speaking of opening the car door. My wife and I once knew a couple from church in which the wife was very controlling and made her husband open the car door for her every time she got into the car. We had been out to eat with them on numerous occasions and every single time that all of us would walk out of the restaurant, the wife would remain curbside just outside the door of the restaurant while the rest of us walked to the car, then he would pull up to the curb where she was standing, get out and open the car door for her. Once before getting out to open the door for her, he even grumbled to my wife and I and said, "I have to do everything for her!" I'll never forget having lunch with them one time and the restaurant did not have her favorite salad dressing so she made her husband get up, leave the restaurant and go buy her favorite salad dressing at the grocery store down the street.

Oh your right, it was to this post, so I said,{ were to be submissive, so maybe that's out, but as it says, were citizens of heaven, I know it sound strange, but I think it means spiritually we belong to a righteous place, and to obey the rules. ARe you getting into this to serious.

Men are the head of the wife, and Christ is the head of the man, so it says in the bible, which means or is getting to mean very little today, and some believers, are getting out of it's truth, also, and jumping over to the other side, of the fence, from the pastures. I wouldn't want a husband who does not believe, pray, and know that Christ is over him, and I would be afraid to know such a man, without the Lord's leading, and guidance. The carnal mind is death, which is not the mind of Christ, it is the me, and now, and how ever I'll do it, it will be right, that's the carnal mind, the flesh, we all get into it, because our spirit lives in a body of it, but "the flesh is weak, but the spirit is willing,' bible verse.
