And after faith comes ???
our faith is counted as righteousness, and by faith we are made whole. by faith we are obedient and by faith the Word spills from our own lips. by faith we walk in the hope of the fullness of His coming.

Eph.2
[19] Now therefore ye
are no more strangers and foreigners,
but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
[20] And are built upon the foundation of
the Apostles
and Prophets
,
Jesus Christ himself
being the chief corner stone;

the chief Cornerstone.
there is only one Cornerstone, one Foundation, one Keystone.

faith is a gift of the Spirit and a token of invitation to Him. the Spirit is in the Word, by which we acquire faith, and which in faith we sow. by faith we receive the Word, which is sent with the Spirit and with the Spirit received.
a seed falls in good soil, and grows, and when it is mature produces fruit, which falls on good soil, and is full of more seeds, and meat to nourish them.

we are become a part of the vine - we are joined to all parts of the vine through Him, and without Him we are no part of the vine at all. He is the Gardner and the Branch. except that He calls us and grafts us in, we're not part of the vine, though we may grow along side it, we're a wild strain producing another seed.

What does your name mean?

i used to be merely human.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.
The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.

(2 Corinthians 5:17)

how? by His Spirit, received by faith, receiving the Word, sent by His Spirit in faith!

The works of the Lord are great,
Studied by all who have pleasure in them.
His work is honorable and glorious,
And His righteousness endures forever.
He has made His wonderful works to be remembered;
The Lord is gracious and full of compassion.

(Psalm 111:2-4)

no work of my own hands or my own heart is worthy of Him, but all glory belongs to the great God that redeems me!
