I was thinking either Methodist, Baptist, or Lutheran. Im confused on which one to choose. I believe in Faith alone saves us, sola scriptura, immortality of the soul, literal hell and heaven, and Jesus is present in the Eucharist and of course the Holy Trinity.

Any suggestions, no Calvinist Churches please and thanks. (PS im new and IDK if this is the right forum)

I'm guessing you are an Arminian? Name and labels are definitely not necessary, I only say that because you don't agree with unconditional election.

We all have our views! :)

True brother and I believe that both are biblical. Free will and Predestination are both mentioned in the Bible.

Man made denominations did not exist in the first century. There is only one church and Christ said He would build it (Matt. 16:18). Read Acts chapter 2 and you will note that new Christians did not join a church ( only one existed) but were added to it.

Im well aware of Matt 16:18 and Acts Chapter 2. Im not asking for a perfect denomination, just a biblical one that abides to the Bible.

follow Christ. Go to a church. Dont like something? Look into it. God forbid you go church shopping to find a church so you can feel loved. God forbid you pursue sensuality rather than God, I hope I dont fall into that trap either.

Since you know those scriptures then you will understand it when I say that a biblical denomination is an oxymoron.

Well, it's really up to where you feel God's calling you, but based on your beliefs I would say the Lutheran church would suit you.

I'm a little confused at the title of this thread, as it says which 'Demon-ation' is best. My answer to that would be - none! If the question is Which denomination is best, my advice is to seek Bible-centred teaching. It also depends on individual churches themselves, and how they are run.
In my opinion, church is meant to be family. Too often churches 'split' themselves into groups, like the kids group, the youth group, the mums group, the senior group etc. But the whole church needs to spend time together - and I don't just mean Sunday morning looking at the preacher.
Use your discretion and ask God to place you where He would have you.

I've been to all those including Reformed. By what you describe, Lutheran is your best fit...but be careful, many of those have gone liberal as you probably know.

If a teacher has a student that is lazy and does not work. He can predict before the exam he will fail. The teacher is not making him fails, he just knows he will fail from experience.

God does not need experience to know if someone will go to hell or not. When he creates a person, he already know if he will go to hell. The person goes to hell from his own works. God knows all things.

LOL were you really expecting a definitive answer to this question?
Each denomination thinks they are the "best" biblically. The only standard to judge a denominations beliefs is the bible itself, which is the very thing which causes disagreements about certain beliefs, hence the various denominations.

So Presbyterian is out then :)

Find a church where people are getting saved on a regular basis and the gifts of the Spirit are in operation. You won't find a perfect one, but the above is the best.

There is no denomination that worships God

I can ask you three questions, and all you have to do is answer yes or no and I can tell you if your denomination worships God...

none of them do.

and every denomination has given up keeping the word of God because they could not get enough members.

I wold not go to any denomination

see, when they started recieving money, the natural reflex is to make policy that makes the most peole happy

when that happens everyone looses.

because they no lnger have the truth

truth always makes you sad
and then you repent
and then you do right and obey God and then you are happy.

Babylon tells you you are on the way, your on the train, your heavenward bound, your going to glory
when you are not
and everyone is happy now
and they will be sad later.

Meanwhile, they take in a lot of money

Oh that's good telling people not to go to church. Where do place your tithes and offerings?

Why would you go to church that is dishonoring God?

Would you recommend people go to a satan church?
how about a hindu church?
why
you have tithes and offerings to give!
what about a church the teaches not to change your life cause you dont have to and your going to heaven?

how about a church that worships the way they want and ignores the bible?

ok to go there?
