The churches that hold to the clerical/laity system, which is virtually all of them, are in grave (no pun intended), error. Because of their refusal to repent of this Nicolaitan ( to conquer the people) abomination, God has written Ichabod, (God has departed this place), on the door of every church building.

'They have a name that they are alive yet they are dead'. 'Come out from among them and be ye separate saith the Lord'.

1Cor.5:11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man be .......COVETOUS.......or an EXTORTIONER(to obtain money by abuse of one's office) . The office, for one thing is not scriptural. The second thing, to lie or twist scripture for financial gain is reprehensible.

Your Jesus said in your bible in Matt.20 that the Gentiles reigned over their lowly subjects but that 'it shall not be so among you'. I'll repeat that just in case you failed to hear it. Jesus said 'it shall not be so among you'.

Because of all the worlds standards and ways being used in the churches they are 'whited sepulchres full of dead men's bones'. Jesus, the Head, has been replaced by a man with a title which is condemned in Matt.23.

So the question remains 'why seek ye the living(Jesus) among the dead?'

Someone comes along in true humility with the power of God not wanting your wallets and you 'cast him out of the synagogue/church)'. Someone comes along in their own name desiring to lord it over you and (eat the fat and steal the wool) and rob the poor and widows houses and you say 'that's God'. You kneel down and let him put the yoke on you like oxen and (my people love it so). When will the ekklesia ever wake up.

I wrote something like this the other day and I believe it got deleted......so 'what's new under the sun?'

I apologize to the administrators. My first thread on this subject wasn't banned.

I'm looking at 1Cor.3 this morning 'for you are yet carnal: for among you is envying and strife and divisions(denominations) are you not carnal and walk as men( as the world) ? That is, rulers that reign over the Gentiles? Remember what your Jesus said in your bible? 'It shall not be so among you'.

For while one says 'I follow pastor Apollos' and another says 'I follow pastor Paul', are you not indeed operating in the flesh as groupies after rock stars?

vs.5 Who then is Paul or Apollos? Note: no religious titles in front of their names. Read Matt.23 if you don't believe me.

They are simply ministers, servants of the gospel, as every believer is,(vs. 5) not one more better, bigger, or special than the most uncomely among us. Each member with different functions and gifts, all very important to the whole.

Now. Go read the letters with these concepts in mind. It will set you free from all the 'church' foolishness.

'Why seek ye the living among the dead'...If I may add....deader than dirt!

May I add this however. There will be divisions in the body. It's between those that rely souly on ink on paper( the bible), and those that rely on the Spirit within, and the bible. On another thread soon.

Yet you need the message of the Cross. You can find it at SBN. org. I know what people will say and many will tell you different. You need the cross and nothing else. In love and in Christ.

Yet,
What is your solution?
No ministers?
No leaders?
Everyone voting?
Rock paper scissors?
How do you suggest leadership and organization occur within a church?

You pointed out some things you believe are a problem, please give your solution.
