Or you could opt for the 2nd definition.
If the yoga instructor tells you to worship another diety or make strange noises then leave. If the yoga center has idols and strange deities , then walk out before the class even starts.
Otherwise, people are over reacting.
Learning a few stretchs, to breath fully in and out and relax isn't a bad thing.
Some have said they would never go into a club and have a glass of wine because they are concerned with apperances.
I would go where ever God sent me because the lost aren't found in places we find comfortable.
Are you more concerned of how you look and keeping up appearance or doing God's will?
Even the Bible says to meditate on scriptures and putting your hands together or kneeling in front of an altar has a "yoga" name, but that doesn't make either action "pagan".
