Wanted to save my 100th post for something good. This is from my good friend Fred
"As a Christ follower regularly engages in the study of the word, in prayer, and in intimate fellowship with other sincere believers who will pour into his/her life God brings about some wonderful changes in the persons character. I have found that these three characteristics combined are often a signal that the believer is ready to go "make disciples" himself. As best I can describe them, the three characteristics of people who demonstrate this mental and spiritual awareness in their lives are:"
An inability to remain offended by slights , criticism and gossip.
"Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited. Do not repay evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live in peace with everyone. Do not take revenge my friends, but leave room for Gods wrath, for it is written: It is min to avenge, I will repay says the Lord".

An inability to worry about the future
And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Soloman in all his splendor was dressed like on of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you , O you of little faith? So do not woory, saying, what shall we eat or what shall we drink or what shall we wear? For the pagans run after these things, and your heavenly father knows that you need them. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:28-34
An inability to feel insecure
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mothers womb. I praise because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know full that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret palce. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
