    Wink 1000 year reign

this one ought to get you going; during Christs reign here on earth sin will still exist and death is not yet destroyed. there will be sinners that survive the last days and enter into the 1000 year reign. death is not destroyed until afterwards and sin is not destroyed until afterwards and how can egypt recieve no rain for a year for not showing up at the holyday if sin does not exist. peace does not come until all opposition to christ is destroyed and that occurs after the 1000 year reign when satan is loosed for a short season. who will be in satans army if we are all saved and in our new bodies? If you obtain first resurrection then you are in and there are no takebacks for that soul. but them that are born during the 1000 year reign they will be in satans army and where did they come from if not from those that survived the tribulation but do not meet him in the sky. these are satans army that he gathers for one last showdown outside od Yahshuah's headquarters. hope you enjoyed this.

You should take a look at my thread ''Historical premillennialism'' it explains how and why some survive the wrath poured out at the end of the Tribulation. I agree with you post, but would clarify not all mortals will turn on god when Satan is loosed, but many maybe even most will.

The Bible, more specifically the Book of Revelation, never mentions a 1,000 year reign. It does however mention THE Thousand Years.

I agree but not sure about there will still be sin, because during this time Satan will be bound up, so he cannot tempt anyone to cause them to sin..only when he is released for a short time then sin arises in those mens hearts.

BTW, satan being "bound" does not remove sin/evil and neither does it mean he has no impact at all.

To be bound is merely a "restricting" of power to destroy.

no it's not...bound is bound, if you are bound you are kept under full control, he will not be on a short leash, he will be bound.

It's incredibly naive to assume that all sin comes from supernatural temptation.

    Excellent observation and point.

James 1:14-15, " But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. 15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

so if it is just our desires that lead to sin....what role does Satan have?

I wonder how many believe satan's "role" has already been played out and accomplished? I wonder how much more power believers could/would walk in today if they knew this and turned their focus off of santan, sin and evil and towards Jesus Christ and His Kingdom, looking upon that which is unseen and eternal instead of the seen, natural and temporary?

Satan's biggest role is as deceiver

He will be locked up for one thousand years and Hesus will reign.

There will still be sin. There will be capital punishment.

Again, I ask where you find the word "ONE" as in One Thousand Years, In Revelation 20?

I encourage you to read my past posts here, tribulation thread and Daniel's timline thread concerning "1,000 years" compared to THE Thousand Years.

what are you saying??..that we are presently living in the thousand year reign of Christ? the tribulation of Revelation is in the past?
and turned their focus off of santan, sin and evil and towards Jesus Christ and His Kingdom, looking upon that which is unseen and eternal instead of the seen, natural and temporary?
    I agree

agree, perhaps you are right that there will still be sin, because the Word does say that when Christ rules on Earth He will rule with an iron rod, so I do think there will be disobedience.

Rev 20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

to me that reads "a" and not "many" or "a few".."a" thousand years = "one" thousand years

Rev 20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

"the" to me means singular, "the" thousand years = "a" thousand years = "one" thousand years

I concede that it may be so that sin may still exist in the heart of man, however I do not believe that we Christians who will now be in our Heavenly bodies will not be subject to whatever sin may be still around.

AS resurrected believers we will no longer have any sinful tendencies. And we will not be vulnerable to any harm. We will walk and talk in Christ's EARTHLY kingdom among the mortals.

And when he was demanded of the Pharisses, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you Luke 17: 20-21

Some people think that the thousand year reign of Christ has been since he assended into Heaven. They say that there were always devils during this time, but they feel like Satan has been loosened during the ninteenth century sometime that is why so much corruptiion has come. I am not quite sure what I believe on this.

Since the Greek has no indefinite article (i.e. "a") and there is no Greek word for one, what is left is that the word for thousand is singular.
