MY friend wants to smoke weed even though he is 16 and it is illegal, and he says God says its okay beacuse he created it and he says it gives him wisdom. WHAT CAN I SHOW HIM IN THE BIBLE THAT SHOWS THAT ONLY GOD GIVES WISDOM?

he knows it is illegal but he thinks it is one of those things where even though its illegal its okay to do beause god says its okay
