Just bare with me please, I keep having blasphemous thoughts thinking Jesus was possessed or Jesus was not the Son of God and son of you know who. My brain keeps thinking this because I have OCD and what makes it worse is my brain actually backs up facts! helping prove my blasohemous thoughts which I don't like at all because it really makes me questions things. Thinhs that help me are thinking: someone possessed couldn't be a bad fruit and ONLY produce good fruit like Jesus, the enemy could never become Jesus etc. Please just help me please with more reasons why Jesus is the Son of God like my fruit example and help me debunk all of my unwanted blasohemous thoughts please. Thank you :)

There is nothing anyone can say that will completely convince you that Jesus Christ is lord, son of the living god. That is what the holy spirit is for, which is why I suggest you pray harder than you ever have in your life that God reveals to you the truth in such a way that you can never deny it, which is what I did. I did not trust in numbers of peple nor in persuasive speech or writing; I trusted in God almighty, asking him over and over to deal with my doubt. Today, even if I wanted to refuse his will and his gift of salvation, I cannot dispute the evidence that exists both in my mind and in my heart that he is who he says he is.

All that aside, let us consider a few things by bringing some possibilities to the table. Jesus could only be a liar, mentally ill, simply legend, or the truth.
Let us examine what a liar does; he lyes for selfish motives. What would have been Jesus's motive for saying the things he said? What did he get out of it? He was crucified, which hardly seems like a gift to me. Is it possible that he would lye to lend authority to his teaching? Perhaps, but few hold this position, many who don't believe in his godliness refering to him as a great teacher. How could he be a great, moral teacher though if he's a deliberate liar?
Perhaps he was sincere but self deceived, under the delusion that he was the son of God. Today we call people like that mentally ill. I would ask you to find me a place that suggests that he had some sort of imbalance or mental abnormality that would support this claim. What you will find instead was a man who never caved under pressure and was able to retain his composure under every circumstance and situation.
Let us suppose then that he was simply legend, that his followers put words in his mouth that would make him upset were he to return today. Luke wrote what Mark, Mathew and John wrote, along with information he gathered from hundreds of eye witnesses who claimed they saw and were with Christ at various times, most of which remained alive during and after said writing. What did any of these people have to gain from the lyes that were written? All of the apostles suffered massive persecution as did much of the early Christian church, and with the exception of John, all of them were brutally killed for what they believed. Why go through all of that if all they had to do was refuse to follow?
That only leaves one possibility, that he was being completely truthful, that he was and is and shall be the son of God forever more, that every knee will bow and every tongue shall confess that he is Lord. he claimed he would return to establish his kingdom, that we would see him seated at the right hand of God, that he would deal with the sin of the world, that he would wipe away the tears of humankind, and that he was the only way to god the father.
No doubt you can say that anyone can claim such things; I could say I'm the son of God and you would quickly find that I have nothing to back it up with. The difference is that Jesus was able to repeatedly challenge his enemies with a simple question though, "Can any of you prove me guilty of sin?" His question was met with silence on many occasions though there were plenty of people who wish they could have pointed out a flaw in his character. He never once asked for forgiveness for anything he did, but he frequently told his followers that they should. Even Pilate who gave Christ up to the crowd that killed him asked, "What evil has he done?" Later, the Roman centurion who assisted in his crucifixion stated, "Surely this was the son of God."
There are many more things I can write on this subject, and I'm sure others will contribute great writing as time goes on if they feel the need or want to do so, but I pray that you won't base your belief soley on what you're reading here or what you've heard from others. Pray that you're filled with the holy spirit, filled with God's presence every day of your life. Read from his word and ask him to impress upon you the truth that lies there in. Talk to a pastor if you're having trouble understanding it or someone you know who has no trouble. IN the end, only god can truly give you that solid, firm conviction of the things you should believe, and I pray that he does.

There is no explanation that can help you. You have to just believe it.

The only person who can cure your ocd is Jesus Christ. Trust me I get it sometimes also, pray extra extra hard and speak it, not just think it, say it, in Jesus name.

Fosset’s Bible Encyclopedia declares that Jesus means Jehovah-Salvation, or Jehovah is become Saviour. I could stop right here. And, that, alone, should be proof enough as to who Jesus "really" is. However, we will document this little known fact as we look further into the Scriptures.

Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Isaiah 59:16 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.

Micah 1:2-3 Hear, all ye people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple. For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.

Habakkuk 1:5 Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.

Zechariah 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

When the time came for the "new thing" that God had promised in Isaiah 43:19, He revealed His name to Joseph and Mary when He dispatched it to them ... separately ... by the angel. It is ... JESUS ... which literally means, "Jehovah-Salvation," or "Jehovah is become Saviour." Jesus was more than a prophet ... more than an angel ... more than a created being ... and more than any inferior subordinate person theory which evolved centuries AFTER Christ. The name, "JESUS," is the greatest name that has ever been uttered by mortal tongue. YHWH was just an abbreviation ... a prelude ... a substitute just like the substitute that took Isaac's place upon the altar of sacrifice until the "real" Lamb of God came. Jesus, was NOT just a name that Joseph and Mary woke up one morning, and decided on.

The angel announced, "For unto you is born this day a Saviour, which is CHRIST THE LORD." Luke 2:11. When God prepared Himself a body to redeem man from sin, He then revealed His name ... JESUS.

Colossians 2:8-10 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him [Christ] dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Throughout the Old Testament God is also called the Lord. Deuteronomy 6:4 clearly tells us ... "Hear, O Israel: the LORD our God is one LORD:" Therefore, compare the following references:

The Lord God is the Creator. Isaiah 42:5.
The Lord Jesus is the Creator. John 1:3, 10.

The Lord God said, "I am He." Isaiah 43:10.
The Lord Jesus said, "I am He." John 8:24.

The Lord God is the only Saviour. Isaiah 43:10, 11.
The Lord Jesus is the Saviour. Titus 1:4.

The Lord God shall reign forever. Psalms. 146:10.
The Lord Jesus reign forever. Luke 1 :33.

The Lord God is the King of Israel. Isaiah 43:15.
The Lord Jesus is the King of Israel. Matt. 27:37.

The Lord God is the First and the Last. Isaiah 44:6.
The Lord Jesus is the First and the Last. Revelation 1:8.

The Lord God is Almighty. Genesis 17:1.
The Lord Jesus is Almighty. Revelation 1:8.

God bless!

I have more light from the Bible than that:

Mat 16:15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
Mat 16:16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Mat 16:17 And Jesus answered and said unto him,
Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona:
for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

If you are blessd that means if you KNEEL DOWN and preay to the father that he should will tell you, he will.

go into your closet, kneel down, give your life to God and he will reveal it to you by the holy spirit a nd you will be certain.
