Nice video. :) We are ALL despicable, bad people--our sin makes us that way. There are no "good people" because then they would be perfect, and no person is perfect. We are all evil, bad sinners who God, through his infinite mercy and forgiveness, chooses to save. :)

Now to the one who works, his wages are not counted as a gift but as his due. And to the one who does not work but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted as righteousness,

Speak for yourself

[SUP]21 [/SUP]Ye shall not eat of anything that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.
[SUP]22 [/SUP]Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.
[SUP]23 [/SUP]And thou shalt eat before the Lord thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the Lord thy God always.
[SUP]24 [/SUP]And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the Lord thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the Lord thy God hath blessed thee:
[SUP]25 [/SUP]Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the Lord thy God shall choose:
[SUP]26 [/SUP]And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the Lord thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,
[SUP]27 [/SUP]And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.
[SUP]28 [/SUP]At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:
[SUP]29 [/SUP]And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.

I rather be counted with the numbers of those BAD guys.

Mat 21:31 Which one of the two did what his father wanted?" "The older one," they answered. So Jesus said to them, "I tell you: the tax collectors and the prostitutes are going into the Kingdom of God ahead of you.

Mat_21:32 For John the Baptist came to you showing you the right path to take, and you would not believe him; but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. Even when you saw this, you did not later change your minds and believe him.

Exactly...first off do not try and manipulate someone with parables because you fall short of Grace and have not recognized that the verses 28-32 are that exact thing....a parable addressing the confusion in verses 23-27. I am saying it again, read your bible before you choose to dispute someone with verses by way of google or whatever it is you are using because you better believe I have read mine.

[SUP]23 [/SUP]And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?
[SUP]24 [/SUP]And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things.
[SUP]25 [/SUP]The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him?
[SUP]26 [/SUP]But if we shall say, Of men; we fear the people; for all hold John as a prophet.
[SUP]27 [/SUP]And they answered Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do these things.

---The following is a parable explaining why Jesus did not tell- """you by what authority I do these things"""- in the verses 23-27

[SUP]28 [/SUP]But what think ye? A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard.
[SUP]29 [/SUP]He answered and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went.
[SUP]30 [/SUP]And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not.
[SUP]31 [/SUP]Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.
[SUP]32 [/SUP]For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not: but the publicans and the harlots believed him: and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him.

To bad more folks inside and out dont realize the church is a hospital for those that are sin sick.

The problem is that most churches in America tell people to look to themselves or psychologist for help and do not point to the cross which is the only true help.

The video is true only to a certain point. For the problem with this video is that it does not go on to explain that we must repent of our sins. Yes, God initially saves bad people or sinners, but they do not stay sinners or bad people. For if a person repents of their sins and accepts Jesus as their Savior, then they will turn from sin, and be sorry for their sin. They don't stay as bad people. They are transformed or born again spiritually and have become new creatures in Christ where all things have become new. The video gives me the impression, that I can get saved and then continue to be a bad person. Whether that is what the author of the video intended or not. That is how it comes off in the video to me. For there are many false believers out there who believe that they can sin and still be saved. So I imagine they would be cheering this video on because it speaks absolutely nothing about repentance and or turning from sin.

"And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God" (Luke 18:19).

Unfortunately, God gave us 10 simple rules and none of us could manage to keep them. Its kind of sad that none of us could past a simple test.

We are not despicable, bad, guilty, evil people; nor are we good, perfect, holy people. We are sinners, which means we are ill and confused creatures who must become what we really are: the crowning of God's creation. Christ's work of salvation helps us with this.
