Romans 1:16 I am Not Ashamed of the Gospel
16For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. 17For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "BUT THE RIGHTEOUS man SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.

Technically, yes the law can save your soul if you keep all the law, but who can do that? (save one)

The law is not the Word, the Word is Jesus.

The law is holy but cannot save the soul because of the power of indwelling sin and our fallen nature (Romans 7, Romans 8:3). Its purpose is to convict the sinner, reveal their wretched condition and thus their need for salvation through Jesus Christ. In James 1:21, the engrafted word is the seed of the gospel that God plants in the heart for salvation.

22 [/SUP]To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some.[SUP]23 [/SUP]I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.

This is paul walking in the spirit or at least it must be, because he is declaring that he will save people by what ever means possible.

As we know it is Jesus who saves so this has to be Jesus speaking not Paul but the spirit.

Paul i will save you by what ever means possible.
Paul’s Use of His Freedom

[SUP]19 [/SUP]Though I am free and belong to no one, I have made myself a slave to everyone, to win
as many as possible. [SUP]20 [/SUP]To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. [SUP]21 [/SUP]To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law),
Restoring a Sinner
19My brethren, if any among you strays from the truth and one turns him back, 20let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.

Proverbs 10:12
Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers over all wrongs.

Proverbs 11:30
The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and the one who is wise saves lives.

Proverbs 17:9
Whoever would foster
love covers over an offense, but whoever repeats the matter separates close friends.

Romans 11:14
in the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them.

1 Corinthians 1:21
For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.

James 1:21
Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.

James 5:15
And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.

1 Peter 4:8
Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.

To me these all look like instructions and statutes of God (laws) Holy laws righteous judgements.

The Law is good, but it does not save. It's job was never to save. It's job was always to reveal sin, and condemn the sinner.

Do you submit to the whole Law, or just parts of it?

Actually, what you are saying is extremely popular around here.
Nearly half the threads are about this.

The law is not the WORD ? NO THE LAW IS THE WORD and the word is able to save our souls.

If your saying the law is not the word then whats it doing in the bible. the law is holy something holy is something righteous and pure
Then they are calling the Word a Him in Revelations 19:13. The one setting on the white horse that is called faithful and true, He is called the Word of God. In verse 15 a sharp sword comes out of His month, that would be the New Testament. In verse 16 He is called King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus saves your soul, that is Him in you.

22But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves. 23For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror; befor you vote think about whether this is a statute of the law of liberty

Isaiah 45:8 drip down o heaven, from above and let the clouds pour down righteousness, let the earth open up and salvation bear fruit with it, I the lord have created it.

Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock. "And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock. "Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand
