Since God has warned us of a system rising up and changing His times and Law don't you think we should be on the look out for it? Don't you think there needs to be some distortion of truth in order for this to happen? Do you think God's remnant people will be persecuted and even killed for rejecting these changes? Come on now, read the writing on the wall. It's so plain and clear that I believe you are willfully deluded.

2 Timothy 4:2-4 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

God changing the status of the seventh day of creation is a myth.

I have been reading the posts on CC with growing alarm. Many teach that Christ came to us, not to perfect the work of atonement the Father told of, but to divide all away from the (terrible) shadows, They teach that the Father gave us guidelines to live by, not in love and care for us, but to condemn and harm us. They teach that all of the Father are burdens that love that Christ teaches does away with. They teach that there is no relation between what we do and what the Holy Spirit teaches us to express. They teach that the holidays we use to worship must never have any relationship to the holidays the Father spoke of, that Christ separated us from all of those times. `It is truly alarming to read many of these posts, ones that say Christ came to divide the church and destroy all that was, instead of that Christ explained and made better.

1 Cor 11;31 For if we would judge ourselves , we should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened from the lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

Matthew 5:21-22
[SUP]21 [/SUP]Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:
[SUP]22 [/SUP]But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

Matthew 5:27-28

[SUP]27 [/SUP]Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
[SUP]28 [/SUP]But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Matthew 5:31-34

[SUP]31 [/SUP]It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:
[SUP]32[/SUP]But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
[SUP]33 [/SUP]Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:
[SUP]34 [/SUP]But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne:

Matthew 5:38-39

[SUP]38 [/SUP]Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:
[SUP]39[/SUP]But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

Matthew 5:43-44
[SUP]43 [/SUP]Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
[SUP]44 [/SUP]But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

It looks like your argument is with the Lord Jesus Christ. Every knee shall bow. You'll get it eventually...

Substituting Christmas, Easter and other unholy days for God's feast days is incorrect also.

we don't have to wonder what Daniel's dream meant, because the angel that spoke with him interpreted it:

As for the fourth beast,there shall be a fourth kingdom on earth,
which shall be different from all the kingdoms,
and it shall devour the whole earth,
and trample it down, and break it to pieces.
As for the ten horns,
out of this kingdom ten kings shall arise,
and another shall arise after them;
he shall be different from the former ones,
and shall put down three kings.
He shall speak words against the Most High,
and shall wear out the saints of the Most High,
and shall think to change the times and the law;
and they shall be given into his hand
for a time, times, and half a time.
But the court shall sit in judgment,
and his dominion shall be taken away,
to be consumed and destroyed to the end.
And the kingdom and the dominion
and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven
shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High;
his kingdom shall be an everlasting kingdom,
and all dominions shall serve and obey him.’

(Daniel 7:23-27)

we should not be fearful or worried, because if we believe the little horn will speak against The Most High because of the prophecy, we should also be assured that it is for a short and appointed time, and know that the judgement is quick at his heels, according to the very same prophecy.

Peter would have taken Christ from the cup He had to drink, but Jesus rebuked him.

what we should bear in mind foremost is what is written in Daniel's book closer to the beginning, that it should be kept in our thoughts:

He changes times and seasons;
he removes kings and sets up kings;
he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding

(Daniel 2:21)

it is God who sets the times and the seasons and the law - we should not be deceived, and the contrast in this book of the two is i think quite purposeful. the little horn has no power that is not appointed him by the Most High, who makes all things, even the wicked for the day of judgement.

this is not for us to mourn, but to rejoice!!
we know the beginning and the end, because He Himself has reveled Himself to us!!

Please be clearer about "you will get it eventually". Are you following today's church or Christ? Today's church says that Christ is saying to destroy and cancel all the Father says, Christ is saying that He is explaining all His Father said in spirit and truth. Which?

That's right! There is a prophecy in Isaiah that say Jesus will come to magnify the Law and make it honorable, not do away with, Isaiah 42:21.
