what was the primary purpose of God creating the earth, i would like us to ask ourself that question, start from the beginning.

That's a good question I am not sure anyone can positively answer. I would say since our purpose is to glorify Him my guess would be to glorify Him. (Please notice the word guess as in it would be my guess and not a solid truth)

Yes, God created the earth to glorify Himself and to provide a home for the creations He made in His image and also the creation He did not create in His own image.

It's pretty amazing and humbling to think that from forever God thought about us. And to add...loved us so much He was willing to die for us.
