I hate self help... Have we not learned that w/out God we are nothing? How many more times do you need to trip over your own feet before you ask God to help you walk...

pre-altar or post money call?

what is so disheartening, is the number of people
falling for the prophets of witch-craft.

the devil deceives the whole world, and this
video is showing 'spelling/mesmerizing/mind-control'
at it worst.

worst part is that millions of people are spiritually feeding on this as truth. The only thing that is getting fed is their flesh.

What can happen in the heart when we are oriented in our relationship with God through blessings and not through faith in the word where we learn to think with God? We will think something is wrong if we are not being blessed and we will not understand the will of God. Taking up a cross and dying daily is how the life of Christ is manifested toward others. If we are oriented toward being blessed and seeking out God's blessings we will not reveal the life of Christ through the Holy Spirit and through death. Being happy or doing things that make you happy and having the joy of the Lord as our strength are not the same (Neh 8:10). We either have all the fruit of the Spirit operating in us or we have no fruit. Happiness is not the fruit of the Spirit, joy is and there is a big difference. I can be filled with the joy of the Lord as my strength in the midst of great adversity but to be happy depends of my circumstances and when they become adverse my emotions take over and I am not happy anymore. You can't work up joy in the emotions, you have to be filled with it through the Spirit by faith.

We are to never gear up our relationship with God through blessings, blessings may come but we offer those right back to God and take the higher ground and worship in Spirit and truth. We build ourselves up in the most holy faith and keep ourselves in the love of God and when we do the inner man is strengthened with might (power) through the Spirit as Christ dwells in our hearts by faith being rooted and grounded in love. We don't go after the blessings, we go after the one who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in Christ. When Jesus bore that cup in Gethsemane he was willing to bear up under it and prematurely die if it be God's will. Many Christians do not want to bear up under any burdens, yokes or cups and remove themselves from them calling those things from the enemy and they seek out blessings to be happy. They have no discernment as to the will of God and actually remove themselves from what God wants to do in their lives. They do not want to take up a cross where they would have to deny and die to self. Jesus was not happy when he was under that cup but was exceedingly sorrowful unto death and did not want to come out from under it unless it was the Father's will.

Do we want God to try our faith which is more precious then refined gold or do we want out because we are not happy, not being blessed. Don't let the enemy tell you that if you are not being blessed then you are not in the will of God. Stephen was in the perfect will of God and got stoned to death, never mind the things that happened to Paul in his calling from God. To truly be blessed by God is not to have things that make you happy for that is for children, but as adult sons of God the greatest blessing is to have the inner man being renewed through trials, temptations and adversity. Most ministries and their people don't want it when God brings it and they miss out not just in this life but also in the next life to come.

Thank God for bringing this to light. Do you think that many will be the least bit put off by her comments? Really should not come as a surprise or conflict with what many already believe in her circles.

With this self help, health and wealth and name it claim stuff it removes God from the equation. It's all about me what I can do for myself and how can I use God to get what I want. It is truly sad how many people fall for it while filling someone else's pocket.

Agree with you. Eternal life will slip away from them. This 'thing' or movement to do it yourself is somewhat of a replica of the New Age movement, calling themselves "little gods."

love this comment from where the video was taken:
"Another indication of that the end times are near . . . “For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions” (2 Timothy 4:3) NOTE: During the devil’s temptation of Jesus in the wilderness, Jesus answered him, “It is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.’” (Luke 4:8) "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world." (1 John 4:1) It makes me so sad when people do not want to examine the Word themselves, and learn, so that they can discern. Praying for false doctrinal influences . . ."

Great post!! Radius, I have posted a 'zillion' times that Christians need to read the entire Bible and be very familiar with it. Until they do, they will continue to be exploited. The hair on top of my head nearly stood up when I heard her.

Verrry deceptive language she uses here. Trying to say that because God wants us to be happy (although I'm sure in some sense he does, I can't find a verse where God says he wants us to be happy. I found MANY that say if we trust in Him that will be a byproduct, but the trust is primary, not the happiness) that praise and Worship is really for us is no more than Satan's same old temptation that we can be like gods.

I truly pity those wrapped up in a church or belief system like this, and pray in Jesus name they would leave it and rely solely on Jesus, and devote all worship and praise to Him.
