We were having a gospel concert years ago at a mall. The guy running the PA system worked for about an hour to get that silly amp on. A no go. We were to start playing in about 5 minutes. I told him he'd better go call the studio where he worked to find out what to do.
While this long haired, left over from wood stock, was walking away to find a phone, I told my 2 christian fellow musicians to lay their hands on the amp. I simply said 'if there is a a demon spirit toying with this unit, we command you to come out of it now.' Bam! The thing lit up like a christmas tree.
I got on a microphone and told the guy to 'come on back...we fixed it.' He had the surprised look on his face as he quickly approached us. He asked 'what in the world did you do? How did you get it going?' I said ' you really don't want to know. Let's get the concert started.'
He was relentless. He asked again ' come on now. Tell me what you did. I gotta know'. I said 'you won't like it'. He said 'tell me please'.
I said 'you better sit down first'. So he did. 'The three of us are Christians. We laid hands on the unit, bound the demon in it, and cast him out'.
He started laughing 'hey that's pretty funny. Now tell me what you did.' I said 'I just told you what we did.'
With a dumbfounded look on his face, He quickly dropped the enquiries. We proceeded with our gig.
Recently I have been having problems with running copies of our motion picture for distribution. Glitches and blemishes with the DVDs. Heart rendering to say the least.
I prayed once again with two fellow musicians the other day about it.
I've been checking bad copies today and lo and behold! They are all working fine.
Does anyone else have some similar testimonies? Praise Him!
