Turn away from evil and do what is good...

We live in a world that is becoming increasingly evil. Newspaper headlines and television news broadcasts report criminal activities and scandals daily. It seems that no one has been unaffected by acts of terror and violence.
Even we Christians are not immune to the evils of this
Spiritual sins are wrongdoings that reduce your rank in heaven. In a marriage
context, these things will cause your prayers to be hindered as it says in 1
Peter 3:1-7. In other words, what happens to a man outside the home (in his
job, business deals etc.) is determined largely by what happens in the home.
The converse is also true. These sins include (but not limited to):

Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
The tongue has the power to produce life or death. What you’re experiencing in your life today is a result of what you’ve been saying with your mouth.
Words are powerful! With words, you can chart the course of your life. The Bible says in James 3:2, “For in many things we offend all.
Why Some Marriages Fail
As shocking as this may sound, it is NOT automatic for marriages between
Christians to work out. Just the same way as it is not automatic for every
Christian to be prosperous or healthy etc though the provision has been
made so also with marriage.
The number one cause of distress in homes is ignorance – ignorance of the
Word of God. The Bible is the manual for life. You do not need books and

No Christian should be a victim of circumstances. That you lost your job, business, and everything you once had shouldn’t make you a victim. That you went through terrible ordeals because your parents abandoned you while you were young shouldn’t be an excuse for you to live as a victim. Face life’s circumstances head-on, with the smile
