    (This was in response to a thread about healing from a broken heart. Maybe it can be of some use to someone else.)

    Healing a broken heart - practical ways to help.

    1. Cut off as much contact as possible with the ex-spouse. When you talk to him, it just drags you right back to day 1. Keep things politely distant. No chit-chat. Nothing personal. You need distance from him to begin healing.

  2. For those struggling with divorce

    I'm just blogging this post so that it may help others who are struggling with the same situations, in order that I don't bore the forums repeating my story multiple times. I hope it encourages others. The Lord is wise and loves his children!
