GOD has made it clear that all have sinned in the verse Paul shared in Romans 3:23, not that all continue in sin that HIS grace abound. To emphasize this point GOD through Paul continues on to say in Romans 6:1, "How can we that are dead in Christ Jesus live any longer therein."

You see With man this is and was impossible. But with GOD all things are possible. But GOD tell us He was manifested to take away our sin. Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being separated from sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes we were healed. My friends, let no man deceive you: he that does righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous. Even as is a direct comparison. So how was Jesus doing righteousness? John tells us in verse 14:10 of his Gospel, "the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works." Paul continues to say 1 Cor 3:16, "Know ye not that we are the TEMPLE of GOD and that HIS Spirit dwelleth in us?" It is HE as it was in Christ that works in us both to will and do HIS good pleasure. As HE so are we to be in this world!

(1Pet 2:24; 1John 3:5, 7; Phil 2:13)

In regards to Romans 3:23 let's have a closer look shall we starting in verse 20

Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ into all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

For all have sinned is what the text says; not all are continuing in sin. For the righteousness of GOD without the Law is manifested (has become visible). The righteousness which is by the FAITH of Jesus Christ. That which is into all and upon all them that believe. For Christ is the end of the Law for righteousness sake to all that believe. For we are dead nevertheless we live yet not us but Christ liveth in us and the life we now live in the flesh we live by the Faith of the Son of God. For GOD has said, "Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (That is, to bring Christ, the Word, all that GOD would have us be. HIS Commandments; HIS Statutes) down from above Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (That is, to bring up Christ, the Word, all that GOD would have us be. HIS Commandments; HIS Statutes again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word (Christ; the Word, the commandments; HIS Statutes manifested in the flesh, our flesh through His flesh) is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, in thy heart, and in thy hand: that we may do it; that is, THE WORD OF FAITH, which we preach. And that is the Gospel, the Kingdom of GOD (CHRIST) in you. For GOD hath said, "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them." And HE shall be our GOD and we shall be HIS people, for it is GOD that works in us both to will and do HIS good pleasure. Christ (the Word, His Commandments, GOD's will) in us the hope of Glory. For without this faith (the Word; HIS Christ; His Commandments; HIS Statutes in our hearts and in our minds) it is impossible to please GOD. This the righteousness of GOD being manifested. The righteousness which is by the Faith of Jesus Christ; into all and upon all them that believe for there is no difference.

The verses in Romans 10:6-8; Deut. 30:11-14 ; Hebrews 8:10,11; Jeremiah 31:33 are all speaking of GOD's gift of enabling us through HIS Spirit to be as HE would have us be. They are speaking the same thing. Please notice that this gift which is the Good News; the Gospel was availed to us from the beginning of Moses ministry if not even from the time of the fall in Eden. If Enoch walk with GOD he walked though GOD to do it. Romans 10 is paraphrasing the text found in Deut. 30. Which is being given by GOD through Moses in the present tense. So once again we share; let's walk in Faith; the FAITH and we shall, not fulfill the lust of the flesh!. Christ in us the EXPECTATION of GLORY; GOD!

(Rom 3:20-23,31; 5:2,19 KJV)
