  1. 8 What’s This Got To Do With Us Now ?

    by , February 21st, 2013 at 09:25 PM
So what’s this got to do with us now? Maybe you’d best ask that one of yourself; every generation since Paul’s has thought theirs was the last. And they were right - our lives could be demanded of any one of us today and we’d be there. I guess what this has got to do with us today is, what are you going to do with the information? Are you going to stick with him patiently to the end, preparing as He would have you do? Or are you going to cut and run when the heat’s on? Are you as ready ...

  2. 7.2 Who is The Bride Of Christ?

    by , February 21st, 2013 at 09:23 PM
If I may rile some people; nowhere yet have we seen "the Church” in descriptions of His bride. This is unusual, because the Church is very much universally accepted as being the Bride of Christ. That connection comes from Ephesians 5:22-33, where Paul talks about husbands loving their wives as Christ loves the Church. Jesus made an example of this when He wept over Jerusalem, saying how much He longed to take the city in His arms[2]. Jesus didn’t ...

  4. 6 What Will The Millennium be Like?

Having rejected both God and Jesus, the world under the horde’s authority goes thru it’s catastrophes, with history repeating itself again and again. In the end these events increase in frequency and severity, until finally it’s just constant woe. Jesus says enough, and comes to take authority over creation on earth. As He comes we are caught up to meet him, where some enter into a feast and others are shut out. He then returns to earth with us to take authority. So how will that work? ...

  5. 5 HOW WILL WE BE JUDGED?

    by , February 21st, 2013 at 09:19 PM
We’ve seen prior to Jesus’ return the events by which the world will be judged, and that we will take part in it. But it’s not just that earthly judgment we have to be concerned with. In Revelation 11, where we heard the 7th trumpet sound, those around God’s throne proclaim that the time has come for Him to rule and judge the saints. That’s us. And that’s a whole separate judgment. The tribulation events are an earthly phenomenon, occurring before His return; judging the saints is spiritual ...
