  1. Cliques and Popularity in my church

    So when I left High School (worst 4 years of my life) I thought cliques were over with. However I found it still exist and sadly it does in a lot of churches. I go to AG Pentecostal Spanish Church and it's separated to lots of departments but the 3 big ones is Women, Men and Youth. The youth is where I experience this major problem. Many of the popular youth are favored for certain things. When we do youth elections, I've run for smaller positions but always lose to the "popular kids", ...
