  1. Coming to Jesus - Part 3

by , 1 Week Ago at 11:35 PM
I looked for work locally, but there was nothing that paid anything close to what I was making. My mother was loving in San Bernardino, CA and suggested we go there to find work. We moved there and I tried selling cars for a while. I worked for two companies doing that, unsuccessfully for all practical appearances. We became convinced to start keeping the seventh day Sabbath, and we sought out a church to fellowship with. We settled with the Church of God Seventh Day, in Bloomington.

  2. Coming to Jesus - Part 2

by , 1 Week Ago at 11:32 PM
God let me join a church with my family. I wanted to be able to speak with tongues and asked God for the same. He said He would do it but we had to do it His way. We had joined a Free-will Baptist Church in our town. They baptized with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit phrase. Witness and testimony are words we hear often used in courts of law because they have legal implications. In the spirit being a witness and bearing testimony also has a significant legal element as well. As we journeyed God taught us that we were to be a witness and bear testimony for God and to God. ...
  5. Depression lies - My testimony

    by , November 15th, 2017 at 01:21 AM
I was a slave to my depression and this almost took my life. I searched for answers but found nothing. In the end God showed me a way and gave me great joy that even the people could not take away.

Depression was a poisonous voice in my ears, whispering lies to me. You can never be happy. You do not have the power Nobody understands you. Never before has someone experienced something so bad. There is nothing worth defending. There is nothing worth living for. Without hope, terrible ...
