God is a Good God. Not because you're good,because he is Good, but you cant keep hanging around a good God and stay bad cuz he said the goodness of the Lord will cause a man to repent. You can't keep hanging around goodness and stay bad. And sometimes when you just got done doing something bad God is going to do something good...And the reason why he going to do something good Is to snatch you away from bad. And he chosen to use the instrument of goodness. God is Good Time, every second,every minute,every hour ,every day,every week,every month,every year. My God Is Good!

Amen and even His chastisement is for our Good! He's the only 100% Wise Father in all of His creation.

France, some others might have written your post differently with theological insights including scriptures, but I actually liked the simple way you spoke of the goodness of God.

:) Don't get me started!!!! I look back over my life and see the times He carried me, the things that He steered me away from, the wonderful people he has strewn in my life, He IS a good God and He loves us. He wants the best for us-if we'll just get our will outta the way. Look at the beauty in our world-flowers, lovely of scent, colorful AND providing for bees, hummingbirds, ect., He didn't have to make flowers beautiful but He did. I could write forever. Praise His Holy Name
