As the Bible teaches us, to be earthly minded is death,
but to be Heavenly minded is Life and Peace!
Lord, may we lay all of our earthly care's and burden's
down before you, for we see them stealing all of our Victory
and Peace! Then as we set our affection's on thing's above,
we know that you will renew us with your Sweet Peace and Love!

Amen,

I've heard the adage, "Don't be so heavenly-minded that you are no earthly good." But I have to disagree with that sentiment. I don't think we can ever be too heavenly-minded.

To be frank I have come across a number of "heavenly minded" Christians who think that because they are so it removes certain (important) earthly responsibilities from them!
