Why am I so happy?

So today as I was walking the halls of my community college I ran in to an old school uh..."friend" of mine. His name is Sam. I had seen him a few times before and gave him weird looks in the halls cuz I didn't know if it was him or not. Any way I approached him, not knowing what to expect and he surprisingly gave me a hug!!! AND he told me a juicy little secret about his ex-girlfriend who also went to our school, Hannah.

Hannah was my personal tormentor. Everyone at that school loved her because she was ruthless. They even called her "super satan" and she lived up to the name.

Anyway Sam told me that every time he would try to leave her house she would have a complete meltdown, forcing him to stay an extra hour. For some reason when he told me this it made me really happy. like REALLY happy. I have no idea why and i feel kinda bad that I'm so happy about this but at the same time I REALLY am happy!! Why am i feeling this way?

Your young and there's a reason ppl say boyfriends/girlfriends=Drama. Drama keeps ppl entertained which is why they make all those drama t.v. shows, you obviously are not a gossip or a drama seeker or else you wouldn't feel bad. In all honesty the reason why isn't important what is important is that you pray for God to help you with this and to create his own heart inside your own.

It's human nature to feel these things, Believe me I have dealt with them many times but the more I asked God to fill me with love and to create his own heart inside me the less these things were able to take place inside me

It is uplifting to discover that people who you/they thought were above you, are really only human too! Because we are all equal under God :)

You feel happy because you like seeing someone who brought you such misery now miserable themselves. It's a revenge mentality.

actually this boy was her friend the girl he is dating is the one who made her and everyone else miserable

I'm with Ugly on this one. It is tied to the post you made about gossip. Gossip and happiness at someone's misery (especially when the misery is payback) go hand in hand.

But Blaine is right; that you know it is wrong is the first step towards making it right.

You are probably happy because you realize that no matter how ruthless or cold someone is, it doesn't make them anymore human than you. Proof? Look at frustrated Hitler and tell me you didn't at least crack a side-smile Hitler-downfall.jpg

Perhaps my facial recognition skills are not what they used to be, but this looks more like constipation, not frustration! lol
