I try the best I can not to sin, I ask Him to continue to help me (which I know He does), but temptation got over me just while ago. I flinched and I allowed the enemy to win again. I´m weak, despicable and I really do not deserve Lord´s love and mercy. I´m so sorry for having sinned again, I´m so repented! I started to cry immediately after that and asked for forgiveness. I pray the Lord to forgive me again, to continue to help me, to purify me.

Please, dear brother and sisters, pray for me also, in order for me to continue a path I was able to do well for more than 4 weeks, but today I fell. Please, pray for me.

Thank you.

God bless!

When you are tempted ask yourself what you are feeling insecure about. I think we sin when we are feeling insecure.

Thank you, brother Sirk. This has to do with issues I´m trying to purify. The Lord is helping me to purify my soul, to become more spiritual and let go the things of the world, but I flinched and stumbled in the path I´m going with His grace and help.

Satan is always read to push us to sin and I dishonored my dear Lord again. I can only pray for Him to purify me and continue to help me going toward Him.

okay...you and I live in the aftermath of the fall of Adam..we SIN..period..however...what I see satan doing is to keep us wallowing in it..making us feel unworthy, low self esteem and always regretting. THIS is NOT VICTORY. THIS is prison..we are being tied to our sins, past, present and future. THE blood of JESUS is powerful enough to forgive all those sins...break that 'spell' and keep us mindful of our choices. Even when we fail again and again..we get back up, dust ourselves off, sincerily repent..and walk on....refocusing on helping others and using our spiritual gifts. Our righteousness is as filthy rags anyway...no matter the position or level of walk we have spiritually. I sense your honesty, your integrity and sincere desire to please JESUS CHRIST..which HE honors because HE knows your heart. Do not 'beat yourself up"...notice that Paul had to deal with his past sins daily..who murdered CHRISTIANS before meeting JESUS. There is not a single BIBLICAL hero who has not found it difficult to deal with 'sin' in general...but we have the advantage that the 'unsaved" do not...the power of HIS BLOOD.

Hey sweetie, What a beautifully humble post, Dya know what we all sin everyday and fall short.. ALL OF US ! Its by the grace of God you are saved, Not your own doing, otherwise none of us would ever make it would we ??? Jesus looks at your heart and dya know what he says when he see's yours.. WOW.. Just like david, a child after my own heart. Now I am not saying sin is not ok. It isn't, We are to walk in the spirit so we don't gratify the lusts of the flesh BUT praise God when we do fall he is there to pick us up.. Romans 8v1 There is now therefore no condemnation for those who are in Christ jesus.. If your are feeling guilty about it then believe me that 100000% Dosent come from God... Shake yourself of and hold your head high knowing that you are a child of the most high God... Also may I add that by calling yourself all of these negative things you are actually insulting God as you are his creation... he loves u and he forgives u. Guilt and condemnation are the root of what keeps causing us to sin.. The more rubbish we feel the more rubbish we get ourselves into. Bless you xxx

You will never, ever, be sinless and will fall down many times even as a Christian. The Lord knows that you will, and He stands ready to forgive each and every time you do. And wants you to know that you totally deserve His love and mercy because you have received Him by FAITH (not by what you do). You are under His grace. Grace is undeserved mercy. That is how much He loves you.

He sees the motives of your heart, and how it wants to please Him. The moment you received Jesus Christ as the One Who died for your sins and received His unconditional love for you, He put His Spirit inside of your spirit. And the Holy Spirit will stay with you forever, always helping you have the strength you need to pick yourself back up and keep trying. He is there to comfort you when you repent and assures you that you will become stronger to walk in His will as long as you know He is there to help you.

Please read the book of Romans and Galatians again to know without a doubt your standing with God.
We all stand so imperfectly before Him - yet He sees the righteousness and obedience of Jesus Christ covering us.
What love
What grace.

May you keep your eyes on Jesus more than anything else, and let His love embrace you. There is much healing and strength in that alone.

God bless you - Joi

Keep in mind that regret and repentance it not the same. You repent over time, by keeping from sin.

That being said, we all stumble (and sometimes we fall headfirst with arms and legs flailing),
God knows we will, and even though he may rebuke us, He is patient. He loves you!

Ya man. I know that with the power of Jesus you can claim victory over your sin. I don't know your story but I do know my own and that when I would engage in my go to sins they were always preceded by an insecurity from a wound way back to my childhood. We have wounded souls and sin is an attempt to escape from the hurt......imo.

Paul said 'i do what i do not want to do'. Even the guy that wrote most of the NT still sinned.
And none of us deserve Gods forgiveness. That's what grace is all about. God granting us the good things we don't deserve. But don't get caught up in guilt. Guilt is from satan, it holds us back, keeps us down and prevents growth.
Rather let God convict you, this will prompt regret and repentance, but will also include forgiveness, learning and the ability to move on and grow.

The truth is that, in Christ, you are a victor. Jesus has put on you His crown and has invited you in to share in the victory that He won. Don't forget that you are royalty.
