It's another "hit and run" thread. Meaning the OP makes an initial post, then never returns to the thread. There are many hit and run thread in these forums.. :/

Not knowing the whole situation, and not being a qualified medical practitioner, i cant really speculate too much on what you're going through, nevaeh, but a lot of things in your post really resonate with me, and know that God rescues people from the darkest of places. If you're still reading the thread, I do hope you share an update, but regardless, praying for you and praying for a better situation for the baby.

The OP is clearly overwhelmed by consequences of her actions.I seems she had a poor relationship with her parents which would lead to her making these bad decisions.Anyone who has a child simply because they have sex and not because they wanted a child has felt the child is a burden. I feel most pity for the child.I doubt you'll see the OP back again.

Once you look at your real situation, rather than fantasy of not having the child, you may be able to see that life still has everything to offer. You may find that you can take pleasure in caring for your child and rearing her to be a young Christian woman one day. Things take time, like going through counseling, rearing an infant, even growing up yourself. I'm still maturing at my age of 55. Every day is a gift, and yet we are not yet in paradise. Pray for wisdom and perseverance. Courage too, that you may see things you once held in disdain in the new light of Christ. Peace be with you!

Kind of interesting...neaveh posted once...and never another remark. Perhaps we've all overdone it or...something else? Just food for thought.

It's just one of several "hit and run" threads on here. The Op's post once, and never return.. :/

I wonder if you don't want your child due to the responsibilities that come with it. It is hard to be a parent and being a single parent is twice as hard. Have you ever felt like harming your child or have you ever harmed your child? How old is your child? I only ask because these feelings could be postpartum depression. If you attend a Church ask for a private talk with your pastor and share what your going through.

I don't think it is right to place blame on your mother she was trying to get you to avoid the very thing you are facing. I have heard that children of strict parents tend to run wild. Pray and ask GOD for advice HE knows best what your going through and will help you in every way.

My personal advice is I rather see one give a child up for adoption then abuse them or kill them. If that is your option seek within the family first then consider outside help. Such as foster care and adoption agencies. Maybe find out if there is a woman at your church who can not have children and would love to be of support to you.

Blessings!!!!!!!
