Whoa! Great perspective. I particularly like (or don't like, depending on perspective) the feeling of dropping into a deep well when it talks about how far we are from God. I also like the abstractness of the new Heavenly City. (I can't picture it either.)
I hope you don't mind a tiny little suggestion though. The serpent was already on his belly before the fruit was eaten. Crawling on his belly was part of the punishment, so he had limbs before that. In the overall production, it really is a tiny nitpick. The only reason I bring it up at all is in hopes that someone who didn't get that and wasn't a believer would then have to read the story in the Bible to see why it has limbs. And then "So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."
God plucked me out of an audience for Jesus Christ Superstar, so I see this working even more directly, but I like getting people to read the book so God can do his thing.
I'm truly, truly impressed. I want to be that artist when I grow up. I want to write like that when I grow up. (Hey now! Let's not get picky about my age already. lol)
Thank you.
