So today is a very special day for me because for the first time in about a month or so I get to take my daughter home from the hospital! She was undergoing chemical treatments for dangerous calcium deposits in her brain. A few weeks ago she was declared clean and now the doctors are letting me pull her out and take her home. We're going to celebrate her 4th birthday tomorrow, (a few weeks late but still). God has been watching out for us for a while now and I'm glad that this period of our lives is coming to an end.

That's wonderful news about your daughter and that this ordeal is now winding down. I have said a prayer that your daughter continues to recover.

I had that one small fear you had too. "What if the doctors say it's back on October 2nd?" It didn't seem possible, but it nagged on me like it probably nagged on you.

We can knock that tiny fear off and rejoice fully now! Today is a good day to celebrate!

(And do you have a birthday cap for Jellybean? Cats so love birthday caps. lol)

I'm so glad you didn't get stuck with the Eagles-'skins game. It was a disaster. (Wrong team won. lol)

We watched the Packers game but that was a bit of issue since Hanna didn't want to watch the Packers. Jessica and Caitlyn both like the Vikings and gave her a bunch of Vikings clothes so she says she's a Vikings fan. I'll make her see things the right way (I hope lol). We're going to go to the Corner Bar and Grill downtown pretty soon though.

We grew up in South Jersey, so we're supposed to be Eagles fans. Two brothers are Cowboy fans. What's up with that? lol
