That stuff look and sounds intense. I've got a couple of friends who have tried it and were reduced to quivering piles of tears curled up on the floor...maybe that was when they saw their bill.

I've got it, and I got it during one of their online specials so it wasn't all that expensive (when compared to other exercise programs or gym memberships, that is).

It's pretty intense. Comes with a dietary plan, calendar, and you can somewhat specialize it to your particular needs.

Didn't watch the video. But I have the program. Your description of the program isn't accurate. It comes with like 12 discs, each being designed to target a specific muscular group.

Doing an hour + of targeted plyometrics or core synergistics is far from simply "jumping around."

I figure God gave me a gym for free...it's call "Outside". There are tons of walking spaces, trees to climb, lakes to swim in, stuff to swing from, and the bet part is it's all organic, natural, and FREE. Plus you get the added benefit of Vitamin D from the sun, and fresh air, as well as over 1billion trillion gazillion different places to work out and routines to chose from.

QFT. You can't beat outside.

But I think there are some good alternatives when exercising outside is not an option. I don't know about P90X. I've never tried it, and don't know anybody who has. I will say that I like my Wii Fit Plus though. :D

You're really going to have to climb some mean trees, swim some wide lakes, and walk many a mile to equal what you'll get in a couple hours of an intense workout in terms of burning calories or developing muscles - but if you've got that kinda time, more power to you.

Having a workout program doesn't make you a cavedweller or money-waster.
