God I really would like to have a Christian girl friend. I am someone that care for others and I want to have one kid. I am an educator and I made a difference in the life of many kids. I beleive I would be a great father. I want to take care of a small familly. I want to go scatting and just be together and enjoy a simple present moment. The thrut is that friendship with a girl that I like would have a great value for me. I don't need much. I need to have a meaningfull relationship of anykind. I want someone to be special in my life.

For a lonely person it is good to pray for God to search and find your heart's desire. Please add my prayer to yours for this to happen. God Bless You. Welcome to CC.

I have a young man that I am mentoring. He wants a girlfriend so bad. I feel for him because I was young once...and it feels good to have someone....to be significant and to feel loved. Don't be like so many and grow impatient. Use your alone time to learn who you are so that you can have the wisdom to see when someone is not good for you..... so you don't waste precious time in being prepared for the one that God will bring to you in His time.

I am not impatiente... I have grown since the past 7 years that I am alone and patiente.
Jesus said, if I take a drink you will say that I am a drinker. The bible is meet to be alive and in order to be aline one must learn to listen. Listening is not a simple task. If you know what your going to say before the moment you need to say it, you have no idea what your saying. Didn't Jesus say not to prepare speach. You don't know me at all and has a blind person you want to guide me with ideas that I heard many time. The holy spirit is alive in the present moment. I am letting God know what I need because I am letting God know what I need has simple has that. Jesus ask, what did you go see in the desert...
In the church often I eared advise of people craving to be rigth and making others feel that what they do is wrong wich makes them feel superior to the others that they are judgin. God is love and none judgemental and is respond to are praise are always a gift because he is giving us the opportunity of walking in order to become more like him... God you are so great and full of wisdum please make the wisdum and heart of the people of your church grow so they could take care of one an others I am very small and my word are small and even with the best intention I don't know how to give what you have give me.

Desiring a wife is a good thing! Just remember it takes 3 to make a marriage, not two. If you can find a girl that has that same understanding and could love her the way Jesus loves the church you have a great chance of making it!
I pray the Lord will give you the desires of your heart and put that "help meet" in the path of your future!!

Amen

You might consider looking into one of those Christian dating sites if your having no luck locally. I'd also keep your desire to have a child on the qt, it could scare a woman in your age bracket off.. jmo

I don't mean to be the thread killer here, but...

Have you ever considered that some people might have had to leave school early because of family hardships or abuse, and may not have been able to finish their education? Or perhaps English isn't their first language? I remember reading a post a long time ago from someone who wrote that they had suffered brain damage due to severe childhood abuse and actually apologized to the audience for not being able to write fluently, which was heartbreaking.

Do you not also know that many people also suffer from learning disorders, and so writing may be a bit more difficult for them?

Just because someone might not speak or write "perfect English" (does such a thing even truly exist?), it doesn't mean they don't have something meaningful to say.

It seems that people truly concerned with the cause for Christ... Would realize that Christ would be supportive and understanding instead of mocking. (I have friends with learning disorders--which is why I wanted to say something.)

The native language thing may have merit but when one claims to be an "educator" the implication is that he has a college education and should be able to spell Christmas. I grant that a country of origin as Canada he my be French which is fine. I will allow the OP to address the issue if he so chooses.

Now if you need to judge the thoughts and intents of the heart well there is nothing I am able do to prevent your endeavor.

Likewise.

I have a family member whose English also brings forth such comments as in your post, but her Master's Degree is not from this country. And yes, she is a teacher. Her husband might not have the largest English vocabulary or fluency as well--because his vocabulary is divided among 4 different languages.

Good day to you as well.

I hit like on this.

.......changed my mind though. :p
I was looking for the "(apostrophe) s" in your post... which, when I read it, made me realize I'd added it in my own mind...

Force of habit, I guess... totally misinterpreted what was written. My bad. :D

P.S. Just for that, I'm giving you a like back.
