First, no this isn't going to an Islam bashing session...just a few thoughts I have....:)

When I was deployed in the Marine Corps to the middle east (just a show of force, no combat) - I was amazed at the faith of Islam followers... not only were we prepped way ahead of time on what we could, and could not due because of their religion as always, we had to be the most respectful people on the planet when we arrived in country (if it were only mutual...:(. Sure enough like clockwork when the "call to prayer" blasted over the loud speakers in the city no matter what, rugs came out and prayer began... several times a day... and people followed their VERY strict sharia laws to a T (in public anyway).

I am almost positive Jesus would have loved such devotion... do some of you think that it's intentional that Islam is such a strong religion? As in, Christians will be persecuted more and more as time draws near for the 2nd coming? It's more than obvious that a lot of the world is bowing down to them and rolling the red carpets out.. this initially enraged me... but now I believe it's part of God's plan...

As satan takes over the US more and more... the more I'm concerned about my kids. Is it bad to feel like I want to flee to a Christian country with the faith of those in Islam (if one existed)? Or is it our duty to fight till the end? IDK... that's why I ask... lol

My heart is telling me it's going to be extremely rough for me to turn the other cheek to these believers... :/

They are very dedicated to their faith...I have had some fellow believers who observed them with the carpet say if only Christians were like that this world would be a better place....

Christians are already being persecuted by Isis (a proxy creation of western states for bankers to make money and to overthrow legitimate mid east countries see link) they are losing everything running to the mountains to flee the barbarians...

To begin with, Islam is a false religion. They pray to Mohammed, not God. Doesn't matter what country you go to, eventually some crazy Islamist will hack off your head with a machete. :/ Islam is a fast-growing religion because satan wants it to be bigger than christianity. Make no mistake, Islam is evil. It is our duty as christians to persevere til the end, even if we lose our lives warning people about Islam.

Christ wants our service to be based on our sincere love for Him and others ..He is not impressed with all the religion in the world...

And don't feel guilty about calling a murderous and barbaric religion what it is..set yourself free from the PC insanity and speak the truth, no matter who it offends ..just like Jesus did.

Lady Blue.... it is BEYOND evil.... (or it's at the every top of the scale anyway). It literally disgusts me the things they do to US Christians... and their own women - their own babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like I said... God will have to grant me extreme! strength if ever confronted by one of these evil evil people!!

I can't say for sure about others, but if I were a Muslim, and I feared being called an infidel due to not praying at certain times of day....you better know when that prayer bell rings I'd be hitting my knees on a carpet too.....Thankfully I am free of such bondage.

First off, it is not ordinary Muslims that are violently attacking people, it is Islamic EXTREMIST terrorists that are committing mass murder. Anything taking to extreme is bad, including extremist Christianity. There are 'Christian' terrorists who bomb, shoot abortion clinics and are racist, they collect guns and home made bombs and fight against the government. I don't understand why a Christian would want to own a gun, we are suppose to be non-violent, violence is not Christian. Hatred is not Christian either. The 'Christian" terrorists are not true Christians of course, just like Islamic extremist terrorists are not true Muslims. Most of the victims of Islamic terrorists are other Muslims.

ramx...My pastor once said from the pulpit "I could never be an atheist. I do not have that much faith". The longer I ponder on that, the more I understand. This also applies to Islamics. Keep in mind..Islamics have NO choice...females have NO voice to speak their minds. Heck...little school girls get shot, trying to seek an education. As far as atheists, they first have convinced themselves there is NO God. This gives them freedom to do anything they desire with no consequences. Jesus tells us to come unto Him as little children. That means that children have no preconceptions, no confusion, coming in Simple child-like faith. My readings of the BIBLE tell me that JESUS was proud and always showed FAITH...when it was exposed. The little woman who gave two mites as an offering, the ones who shouted out to HIM to Heal them, the Roman commander who said "Just speak the word and my servant will be healed" and more... What you witnessed when it came to prayer time was NOT faith..it was ritualistic man-made brainwashed enforcement from centuries of enslavement. No Christian would be exhibiting faith if structured and commanded to do so by government.

A very large percentage of all muslims believe the literal reading of the violence in their book of hate.. Not all germans where di-hard Nazis ...but enough of them was that we had to stop their insanity with force. Muslims enslaves millions of blacks and others this very day? Not other religions...muslims believe slavery is justified TODAY

You might want to do some more research on Islam. Although the West calls the ISIS members extremists, they are actually acting consistently with the teachings of the Qu'ran, and with the practices of Muhammad himself. There are some great websites and videos available...

Uhm, guys? I went to Marrakesh , a Muslim country.
Some of the women wore burkas, most did not.
Some people prayed when the call to prayer came, others kept minding their shops
There was a church just across the road from a mosque
There even was a synagogue

Those of you who say all Muslims are evil should be careful with your judgement
Imagine if we Christians decided to live by OT laws, that would make us JUST like the extremists of Islam

There ARE many extremists yes, they should NOT be allowed to do what they do, but we cannot judge them all based on them. People have mentioned persecution of Christians... but who has called Christians to persecute other groups?

I pray that Morocco may remain free.... that those form Islam that are evil will never defeat those that are not, because it would break my heart to see that place in the hands of ISIS or anything like them

Not all Nazis was killers or bad people... your logic about some good muslims is not sound and is just contrary to evidence of the overall actions of that horrible religion.

Princess, your post is first off 100% true....

HOWEVER... I have issues...

1. WHERE are the "ordinary" muslims hiding at??????????? I see so show of support for Christians that are mowed down by these ......... even Christians rise up (as loose knit as we are) when extreme acts are committed in the name of "Christianity". It sickens me to no end... sorry... and please don't say they need to be affraid in the US to speak out... there are many ways they could do so without fear. I mean if Islam in NOT violet would they not want people to know that??

2. I own a few guns... haven't killed anyone yet... they are for protection... do you not believe in self defense? I'm sorry but I have heard this argument all my life. I AM a very peaceful and loving person I assure you as a matter of fact I hate confrontation. BUT, I am not going to just stand there are an intruder kills me an my family... I'm not QUITE sure "turning the other cheek" applies to this situation. Or does it?? IDK...seriously... I don't. But in my heart I feel that way...

Ugh... I'm sorry this is a sore subject for me... probably because of having served in the military. In your thinking.. should we have just let Nazi's take the world? Fold up and close shop... well that's it kids...it's been real. In the same spirit are to LET muslim (extremist or NOT) take over the world? Should I just stand by to be slaughtered? Me and my family?

you better pray the world doesn't make laws against Christians with the same prejudice against us that you have against Muslims

I am 17 minutes into the first video. Isis vs Jesus. Gals, guys, we really must keep our Arab Christian sisters and brothers in prayer. I am going to everyday from now on. I am speaking only for myself, but I was personally embarrassed after seeing the first 17 minutes, about some of the things that I whine bout in my mind.

Oh, good grief. Christian terrorists? Nice try. As for the so-called Muslim extremists, they're actually the ones who've properly read their Koran. Islam is a religion steeped in death and destruction. And yes, we should love our enemies. But loving our enemies doesn't mean we let them do whatever the heck they want! We must stand for God's truth and protect God's people from harm, all the while trusting God. We're not commanded to open our doors to the wolves and to invite them in to savage us and our children. Do you hear yourself? Do you really hear what you're saying?
