If I could have a super-power this would be it:
I'd give everyone on the planet complete empathy. Anything anyone does or says to another gets felt by the person dishing it out. Positive or negative. If someone says something hurtful to you, THEY feel it exactly as you feel it. Likewise, if you do something really positive for someone, YOU feel what they feel.
Then I'd sit back and watch the human race just kind of sort itself out.
