Forget about pm'ing ME.. Magenta is who you need to pm.. I ain't gonna apologize to her for you. That's YOUR duty. :)
Alright well here's my issue with that: I DID PM her and she has not responded privately. This is not the first time I have asked her what it is that she thinks I did wrong and have received zero reply.

Thanks bro. I think I need help seeing how I mistreated her--as I don't think/feel I have.
Anger is an indication that a boundary has been crossed or a core value has been violated. The weird thing about all of it is how all of us are just wired a certain way and because of the diversity of ways people are wired up, we clash from time to time without even knowing how or why. It's because we're all working stuff out I guess. At it's core it is our sin and the sins of those before us. Not only have you sinned but you have also been sinned against at different times. And those sins against you in your formative years have a profound impact on the adult you become. I know some who had great childhoods and are now well adjusted adults with loving families. I also know pretty wounded people like myself who sort of turned it inward and the world felt crushing to me. We're all just different I guess. I think looking for that in others is what grace is all about.

If you built a bridge and she has lit it on fire, you've done all that you can do. If she desires reconciliation, its on her now. You did what you could. Let it rest. Life goes on.

Sorry Mitspa for baiting you into long pointless debates where I'm sarcastic about your political ideologies and belittle your feelings. It's not right of me and I'm sure it hurts your feelings in real life at least to a tiny extent. My apologies.

No this isn't a set up to another joke. This is a sincere post.

Read the thread back. First there's slander and accusations. Noone prays for Paula, no let's gossip about her. Magenta posts a pic that is spot on. Suzanna who was nasty to her yesterday slanders her. You give her a like for that. Kayla accuses Magenta falsely, you defend her and blame Magenta and you should never pluck a dog by the ears says proverbs: get in a fight you have got nothing to do with.
So now she thinks: bye bye!

Oh I thought it was implied. When vigilant_warrior left, Mitspa really stepped up to fill the gap in my life. But unlike vigilant_warrior, I can't blame Mitspa's ideologies on his age so it makes things more interesting.

I just told this to someone in a pm, but it bears repeating. Why do people get upset when someone puts a like on a post that opposes another person's post, and then the first person gets mad at you for it? Seriously, it's rather selfish, petty and childish to get mad because a friend puts a like on a post opposing your post. Getting upset over likes, or lack thereof, is just stupid and immature.. So what if a person likes a post that may oppose yours? Get over yourselves!!

It was not just an opposing view. If someone says so and so is stupid and I give it a like I'm not gonna wonder why so and so doesn't answer me.

I think it's human nature to want someone to be on our side even if we are wrong...... and we don't even realize it. We are creatures that need affirmation and support. Sometimes because we are sinful...we are actually part of the problem that plagues us. Lol

But what if you only like PART of what a post says? Then you stick a like on it and the person sees it and wonders "hey what the heck". Someone may say something positive in their negative reply.. that's why I put likes on alot of posts..lol

Well then we have to give that person a reality check. If they don't comply we need to inform the moderators if we see something weird going on. I'm sure they will talk to them in some way find out intentions and to lay some ground rules. If they're weird about it....they probably get the axe.

I dunno because I haven't seen the posts you're talking about. I'M talking about posts in general, not just any specific one.

I kinda look at it like this...maybe it's too simplistic but basically what you have is pretty normal folks and then you got a few crackpots thrown in the mix. And, just for the record, I honestly don't have anyone in mind right off hand but I'll bet I could think of someone fairly quickly that everyone knows or has heard of.....mhmmmmtinmanmhnnnnn. Lol.... Anyway, I think most folks have good intention is what I am trying to say.

To any I may have unwittingly offended, it was not my intention. I really am not trying to push my holistic views done anyone's throat. I just want to get the info out there for people to consider that there may be another alternative.

To Billy, I could have done a lot better in my response. I apologize.

To that guy who was on the pasta woman thread for only a day, I should have been softer, and maybe kept it private and PM'ed you. I could have inquired of you first.

Lynn, lets just try and be cool with each other...

You fight with Lynn too.....hrumppphhh.. Lol...just kidding. The thing I like about Lynn, (I think we're talking about depleted right?) anyway, her stories are so rich and colorful. Haha. I probably should take better care in reading her posts. :)
