Hi I would first like to introduce myself. I am new to this site. I have a two year old son and he is everything to me. I lived with his abusive father for three years and finally found the courage to leave. I left with my son and fled the state of Texas where we were living with his father. I am now safe but his father found us and took my baby back to Texas. I did the right thing but he is trying to take me to court for custody. I found out there is no legal aid for custody battles and I am a waitress. I am really stressing right now. I am so worried I am going to lose my baby boy.
