I disagree, I deal with alot of things online too : p In fact alot of the temptations and urges and other tricks from the enemy come from the internet. Satan has his hand here heavily too.

How bout we just always pray about everything and also give thanks? ;)

Philippians 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
