Today is Sunday the 27[SUP]th[/SUP] ofNovember, the first Sunday of the advent season. We as Christianscommemorate the birth of Christ this time of year, and as Christmasday approaches we remember the centuries the Jewish people waited forMessiah to come. It reminds us that as their hearts longed forMessiah's first coming, we wait today for Him to return, as Hepromised in John 14:3. As we hear this song sung so beautifully byEnya, it reflects the cry of our hearts... Maranatha. Even so comequickly Lord. We can sing as though we were with them many centuriesago... Oh come, oh come Emmanuel.

Truly beautiful, thank you for posting this.

Interestingly our church did a study on the true birth date of Christ and it would appear that He was actually conceived around 25th December - how amazing is that!

Shalom
