My daughter has texted me and is wanting me to take her to court to fill out papers so she can be removed from my mothers home to come back to be with me. I know my husband and I have our problems as you all know.. I do feel though that her problems where she lives are way way worse so please pray that God will help me get her out of the situation.She is almost 17 so I do not for see a problem but I have had problems with this court in the past being very Biased against me.. That is a long story though basically my mothers loves to lie and make me look like I am the monster...

thank you I hope so these judges out there I am sure work for Satan. SO i need all the Strength I have and God has. I need to get this done once and for all my poor baby suffers because some Judge thinks he is king you know what!!!!

I sympathize, but didn't you just start a thread called, "getting ready to make a break for it i can not deal with the abuse anymore!!!!”? Is this a good time for your daughter to be rejoining you? Are you leaving your husband?

Lord, somehow, help the teen to find peace in her circumstance(s). Be with the whole family.

Meanwhile, it would be helpful to document everything said or done between your mother and daughter from your perspective.
Keep praying and surrender your daughter and mother to God to do the work necessary. Faith is trusting in another's work.
Read the Psalms for comfort and see how loving God is. There is a good book by Rick Warren "What am I here for" or Focus on the Family at 855 382 5433 AmmaBev

But you can't live where you are either? Pay day is Saturday, right? (I'm going with SSDI pays the same day for everyone, but
I could be wrong.) Any chance you can't just hop in your car, file the paperwork, and then drive out of the state with your daughter and leave the rest behind? I'd rather live in a car than how you are living now.

I truly wish there was something I could do to help you.

Thank you all I went to court house they will not do a removal of her. Because she is not in danger so I will have to file a petition and take. The long. Route. I will see what I can do forgive me if I lack spacing in my sentence. Or have spelling. Wrong I can not see how my posts look. Lol when. I type
