I was up all night last night my pain levels were horrible. Even after taking pain meds I was hurting really bad sigh. So I could not sleep. Praying that God will give me a nice nap today... Not to mention I have a trillion things on my mind. Honestly though the pain in my hands knees neck and back are what kept me up.. God bless you all today I hope I will be able to get on later after a much needed nap pray for sleep for me.. thanks

Get off of her in Jesus' name.

You will not afflict her,you WILL back off and leave.

Go,in Jesus' name.

I call down her portion. Jesus, you said "healing is the children's bread"

According to mat 18 ;18 I say pain is not allowed you must leave and the cause must leave.

I call down rest,I call down healing, and restoration. Be healed,be made whole, and be delivered from that thing.

Get out,get off, and go. Never come back.

What a powerful God

Dear one........there were times I would awake in the wee hours of the morning, and that is as early as 1 AM, and getting back to sleep was a bit of a challenge.

I am not going to say this works always, but almost always it certainly does.

First I have to get my mind off of mundane matters, so I praise God, talk to Him, and meditate on His Gospel. The praising is the best, but the prayer is great and so the meditation, so I guess all are valuable.

Some times take longer than others, but usually within an hour I am out like a light again.

I pray you do not have anty more nights that result in fatigue......Be well and be strong in Jesus, amen.

Father in Heaven, we pray You would lay Your healing hand of love upon our sister Jennifer. Ease her pain, Lord and bring to her the peaceful slumber she so earnestly needs. Lift her spirit from the painful depths of chronic pain to the light of peaceful rest. We humbly ask these things in the name of our Savior, who is Jesus Christ............AMEN

This is a zombie post. This is how Jennifer was doing last April, not this January!

But she could use prayer. If all worked out right, she's in the middle of moving. If it didn't work out right, she could use prayers that it does work out so she can move.

You can call the people on this website and they may be able to help you. They focus on nutrition and gut health so I know that they will tell you to dump all the gluten. After that some oils and I can't remember what else. Some oils are good so check with them please. God may have it in mind to use earthly measures to heal you. We never know. May God show you the way to a painless life. Here is the link: Critical Health News

Thanks for the alerting us of the date on the OP's post... I have got to learn to start checking the dates prior to posting.

Hi everyone,

Being we brought this OP back to life, let me share my cure for insomnia. I used to have trouble clearing my mind. What I did was memorized some old hymns. I then, after my nightly prayer, would sing them to myself to clear my mind. I recently spent a year in a nursing home, so I could get some artificial knees. They wouldn't do it while I was living alone. So I sang these hymns silently in my head: that still works.

One of the things I hate about insomnia is when I'm lying in bed waiting for sleep, but can't even think of anything to fill my mind. My body forgot how to sleep. My mind isn't full. I just can't sleep.

Oh, and can't sing either. lol

If insomnia ensues, just stay up all night, and I can pretty much guarantee you'll sleep like a baby the following night.

Have you tried melatonin? Pop 2 gummies and maybe you'll be able to rest.
