Nor do I assume you agree with it either. Your comments suggest a neutrality that in of itself is healthy. I see Scripture saying the opposite; that neutrality or passive living in Christ is not healthy, in fact it is dangerous.. We must all work out our own Salvation in counting the costs etc. But it never says to include evil with God's goodness and let people be influenced to which is best. That's just giving ground to the enemy, and Satan is God's enemy via Satan's rebellion, for He is anti- (God). I am not here to ruffle anything, I'm just learning more about you, as I am also letting you know more about me. And hopefully letting God be raised in the room intentionally as well.

Satan loves a passive Christian. He loves thinking and doing pretentious Christian work for us.
Nevermind, you know what? Yes, Satan just loves me. I don't care anymore. God hates me I hate God (blessed be His name forgive me for my words) and "Satan" loves me.

You go ahead and think that. I don't care anymore.

Sigh...... I don't have the energy to do this.... can someone who knows me vouch for me? Magenta? Lady Blue?
Please?...
TC - Please understand I don't hold you in disregard in the least. I am talking about the issue of passivity and neutrality in walking in faith. I also, don't know you well enough to assume you have given your life to the Lord yet. So I was inquiring as to all of those things everyone else may already know. I want to encourage you in Christ not anything else ok? I want you to be whole and healthy in that which is your strength.....Jesus' joy.

My only strength comes from Abba. The only thing that has kept me here through everything is Abba.
I assure you, any issue you think I have in my faith should not be of question by you.

Satan would never love any of us; he only will hate all things God loves....and since he loves us so above all other creatures....satan hates us deeply, for we are God's children, originally, and if we choose God by way of believing and receiving Him, we are his thru a re-birth into Eternity with Him and all of His family. God loves you! and I can see now that is more the message you need to receive from me than the other discussion.

"O Lord, I would crave more and more to put on love like a garment, that in contact with men and women that is what they will most lastingly recognize."

I pray we are ok with one another. I again, was not out to do anything more than discuss His Word in truth. Forgive me, if in any way I was disrespectful to you, for I would never do that consciously. May God richly bless you... :). ~Dan~

Won't let me type the whole question above. If a Christian adopted a child who was a different religion, should the parent force the child to go to church? Should the parent prevent the child from going to temple/mosque/etc?
I would definitely not "force" anything on the child. Children learn more by watching us than by what we say. Model Christ-like behavior, continue to go to your church, and pray about it every day- on your knees in earnest prayer! Give it time- sometimes years.....till you can see change. Continue to allow the child freedom to choose and express his/her own religious preferences and do not condemn....that will just turn him/her off to Christ. "Be" Christ to this child. Jesus accepted all people when He ministered on this earth. I work with kids in foster care full time. They need love and acceptance, with grace and boundaries also. Praying for you my friend, that God would give you serenity to accept the things you cannot change, courage to change those you can, and wisdom to know the difference.
