Prayers for you and your son as you bear this ordeal due to Donnie's addiction. May Donnie lose the desire to use, may he come to his senses and see the pain and hurt he is causing you and his son Tyler, and others whom he abuses while he uses. May he find hope in the many who have gone before him, those multitudes who have walked out of their addictions and found a new way to live, based on the promise of never having to use again when one lives according to spiritual principles, principles which are clearly delineated in Scripture. Praying for Donnie to awake and arise to the Light and Life of men, and for him to acknowledge that the path he is on now leads only to death and destruction, while life and love await. May he turn and embrace those who love him and want what is best for him, and give up his self destructive ways. Thank you for your faithfulness in praying for Donnie. May he come to know the love of God; in Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Dont lose hope,at some point in many peoples lives that is all that is left.

Trust in God to provide the strength to retain hope and He will provide.

God Bless

Lord, we join in prayer right now for Tyler and Donnie. We know that your word says when two or more are gathered together in your name you are in the midst of them. We thank you God for giving us this reassurance and for being with us right now. We ask you to comfort Tyler with your peace that surpasses all understanding, that you meet all of his needs Father, and that you help him to be able to express his feelings about whatever it is that's going on in his life that's causing him to act out. You know his heart Lord and his every need and we give those up to you right now. We thank you for hearing our prayer and for what you are going to do in Tyler's precious life Lord. We ask that you bring the right people into his life Lord as role models and examples of you and your love. Thank you. We also lift Donnie up to you in prayer right now Lord. We know that you love him more than we ever could Lord and we just pray right now Father that he will be released from the bondage of his addictions and that you will rid him of the bad influences in his life Father. We pray that he will know that he is loved unconditionally by you and his family Lord and that he will come home. Please comfort the writer of this post Father and let them know that you are in control even when it feels like you're not. Let them feel your loving arms around them Lord and give them peace of mind. Do not let them ever lose hope. Amen! God Bless You and your loved ones my friend! Wondering if you have considered talking to your pastor or a Christian counselor and/or having Tyler talk to one? I've talked to both at different times in my life and they've helped me tremendously! by giving me support and valuable resources. Sometimes it just helps to talk. :) Hang in there! You are not alone. <3
