I woke up this am back feeling very good tailbone back in place for now... I only puffed on a cigarette 4 little puff's twice today... Gravings were intense today at times but I only caved first thing this morning for a few puffs and early this evening. saw my daughter for 3 hours today for her early b day surprise.... All around blessing of a day. thank you God please a few more days like this a month would be great.

Glad to hear it. I had a good one too. We bought life passes to all the National Parks in America for $10. (They are soon going up to $80 apiece.) Then we went to a favorite seafood place, and I had 80 shrimp and 6 hush puppies. Yes, a good day.

why not just STOP 'puffing' altogether, if not for yourself, then for your children???
where are your priorities??? even after being blessed beyond belief???

willie of course has always been one of our heros, but, after bragging that he and he alone
could EAT, (80) shrimp, + (6) hush-puppies!!!, well, he just went-up a few notches in our
own guiness BOOK...by the way, I, me, the ms, can eat my way through piles and piles
of fresh caught crabs and oysters, 'way' beyond belief!:rolleyes: and I'm (2) inches shorter than
your wife...:eek:

When I was 8 years-old, I had just finished 31 pieces of chicken at an all-you-can-eat place when I asked the waitress if I could take a bathroom break. Upon returning, I found everything removed and cleaned up. The manager was standing there, and told me I was finished eating, and that if I came back again, I had to have my mother with me.

And, I was skinny as a rail in those days.

Only 4 puffs twice today? I would say that she is indeed doing her best and is probably exceeding her own expectations.

Stoping smoking was extremly tough for me when i did it. I might reccomend going cold turkey that is what worked for me just slowing down kept making me start agan
