Just wanna know your opinion, if it is immodest, indecent or improper to wear a colour clothes in cloudy weather. What about white jeans, for example? I love pastel colours, which are light and "non-agressive" so it is nothing like a neon loud colour, shining throughout the street.
But I heard that wearing a colour clothes in rainy or cloudy weather is "asking for attention like some ....". Is it really like this?

I've never heard such a thing. The color of your clothes, regardless of the weather, shouldn't matter in the slightest bit. Whoever told you that probably revealed more about themselves, than what others think.

I also have never heard of such. I think that is not really a thing.

But if it were a thing... oh dear, I got dressed when the sun was shining and now it's about to rain! People will think I'm a hooker!

No, it is not immodest to wear bright colors on a cloudy day. Tell whomever said that to go play in a puddle.

I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright, bright, bright, bright
Sun-Shiny day.

Sometimes people can hand us marvelous pieces of wisdom. This isn't one of those times.

On the good side, you just heard from someone you don't have to take seriously.

Weirdest thing I have ever heard! The guys don't seem to have heard of this, but neither have I!

Really, if it is a dreary, miserable cold or rainy day, why would you want to dress drab and colourless? How much better to wear bright and bold colours, and give a splash to life on a dreary day?

Wait, is this something to do with the latest fall colour schemes by Parisian or New York designers? Even more reason to wear bright colours, or white or pastels, or whatever strikes your fancy! Don't let consumer marketing determine what you wear, or anything else in your life!

Oddest thing I have ever heard! No, really!

Sorry im just laughing now. The weather is so unpredictable in the
uk, that if the weather dictated what colour to wear, we would all have to
carry a suitcase around. Lol The weather changes from sunny, to cloudy,
to hail, to sunny all in a matter of a few hours.
