i wondered if anybody could tell me whether to be scared or not. My 2 year old son has only just started stringing decent sentences together. he doesnt go to church very often. but today he kept repeating "Jesus is waiting for me" over and over. I am terrified. I know I shouldnt be, because God is in my heart. but am scared of even sharing it on here, incase its a demon. I am so terribly afraid why on earth would someone i know so well say that? is this common for children to pass on messages through Jesus? I cant tell you how afraid I am. Please advise me!!!

And also at christmas, he was in the dark dining room alone, just putting things on the table for a buffet dinner. My mum walked in and he asked mum if grandad was coming for dinner. MY grandad died 10 years ago, and therefore Jack my son has never met him. We rarely talk about grandad and havent to my knowledge at all infront of jack (my son). i came in and said what did you say jack, he repeated it and said can grandad sit there? and pointed at a seat. It was scary. Is this common/possible?

I'm not sure how common it is, but it is possible. Don't be scared. I used to be the same way as a child, I grew out of it. We still don't know what it was but it's not a demon. Trust in God

Another kid I worked with on a summer mission mentioned her pet dying and said to me "It's ok. my pet rabbits with Jesus now.she died" me and this woman were like wow...the girl was fairly young to be speaking of such depth on the subject of death lol. But nah, look at it as a good thing, talk about i t with your pastor if it takes some reassurance. If Jesus is involved it can only be a good thing, right? I agree with Wickedflee...trust in God. good luck! your son may be the next pastor in decades to come!!

I don't think you need to worry, although I understand it must feel quite creepy. I don't think demons hold any power over children (it's us silly adults that go listening to the whisperings of things we shouldn't)

I wouldn't worry too much, I've had similar experiences at my parents house with young children.. We would wake up and could hear my nephew on the baby moniter talking and laughing with someone who was not there, he refers to them as "the people". I've had similar experience with other toddlers. It seems young children can sense spirits.

I just finished reading the book The boy who died and went to heaven. Excellent book but I think it would settle any fears anyone has. My fears of death
(which I really was just a little nervous) have definately been subsided after reading that book. We dont realze how close Jesus is to us.

My two year old looked out the window while I was washing dishes and started hollering.... I turned to her and realizes what she was saying, "YEAH!!, YEAH!!! Jesus is back, Jesus is coming back! YEAHHHH!!!"

Man, my head whipped around and looked out the window expecting to see Him coming back "Like the Sun in the East." LOL!!!!

Turns out several weeks prior (quite a few, at least four or five)... the church nursery did a lesson about it and they were hollering and clapping and cheering... LOL!!!! She had just remembered about it.

Also, the grandad issue... it's possible that in the past few weeks he'd read some books with a grandpa... or watched a kids show with a grandpa depicted... This gets them thinking and suggesting things.

Your two year old is very normal, and becoming a child... capable of remembering things after much time has passed, but not articulate enough to tell you where they got it from. He's old enough to grasp the concept of a "grandad" especially if once in a blue moon, you guys mentioned one, too.

But, at the same time, I would never hesitate to wrap my child in prayer. There ARE spiritual forces out there, and I like to know my children are anointed with every possible blessing.

Hope this helps!!!

I don't think you need worry that your son is possessed by a demon. In Matthew 12:24-26, Jesus addressed that very issue. "Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided itself will not stand." The fact that your son speaks of Jesus, I believe, indicates that it is not a demon that is affecting him. Children absorb information from many sources. Do you every have Christian radio or TV playing? Do you discuss spiritual topics at home? I myself was a very precocious 2-year old (back in the dark ages) and said many things my parents couldn't believe I knew. It turned out (usually) that I was parroting something I had heard an adult say.

Do not worry, I think. Children repeat everythink possible, they hear - at school, nurseries, playgrounds... I have good experience that, when the child does not hear "bad words" at home they stop using it themselves. I used to babysit with a boy from a very noble behaving family. Once he got the a nursery he brought some "terms" home and he acted as he was very interesting so. But he stopped in few months, because his parents just told him it was not good to speak like that, and thay did not pay more attention, when he tried to use it.
My own son, (3) learned such expresions from his grandfather and uncle. That was worse, because they live next door, so he can hear them almost every day, and one cannot change an old man :D I just explained to my son, that grandfather may say what he wants to, because he is an old man. It works absolutel good.

Don't worry, I've heard about real life cases where there was strong evidence that a child was seeing someone who had passed and in every case there was never any malevolence involved. Nothing bad ever happened to the family or the child.

Are you kidding sis no worries lol oh my no my son named Kyle now 21 and I am far more concerned for him and his sister Kaliegh now 25 and we have a 3 yr old grandchild also, Steel. I rarely get to be around him and his mother is also backslidden. My husband was not there with me to help me. Your a Christian right you have Jesus in your heart? I do too, my children were led to Jesus at 3 and 6 and were speaking in toungues with us and by themselves. They saw visions and I know my son had a open vision. Jesus came to him (he has a Prophetic call or gift as I do. He can see in the spirit when God alows) and Jesus showed him things and was talking to him and stuff that h e could not have kwown otherwise. It was awesome I was so elated and happy, and he saw demons before too they followed in his dad from the world or sometimes the animals and Kyle would know he'd run in the middle of the night sometimes jump into bed with us and he and I would bind up and rebuke for a 1/2 hour and pray in tongues he told me in detail what they looked like and how the exploded when we prayed. Then Jesus came later on with his open vision now he is in denial about. He does not really remember but I do. And God says if the yare backslidden they will come back too. Because of the fact that His promises in His Word will come to pass because God's Word does not go out void amen. And I was so happy to know this and all for my son at that age he told me that Jesus was so fun and bright as the sun he was touching the nail scars in His hand and my daughter had this too a similar vision it's normal. Kids and infants and babies know Jesus they came from Him before birth they are little spirits of some kind with souls but no body yet it's hard to explain but many well know Christians in the lime light even who are sincere have had these heaven visions and saw them around God's throne. Wows nice and I am comfortable now with my Prophetic call. So rejoice amen and remember to test the spirit no matter what. Gbu Di

Jesus said that He would give us visions and dreams in the last days all of us amen and young included read your bibles and study amen. You will find this is true my son and daughter are very intelligent and as kids and others kids my friends and I watched were open, smart and aware very aware. And they learned how the bible works fast, and to really trust God. there is something about a child and I tell you they come quickly and sincerely with truth. And it's awesome I miss working with them as much as i did and my own. My husband didn't help me much he was all out for him. Sadly, but they will come back to God amen. A six yr old had a vision of the endtimes and it's real and lines up with n otes after notes I have from criedible minsitry's and real Prophets tried and true amen and it's real it is so real that one and the one Kyle had at 4 wow. I'll put in these visions amen these are real. The Lord sheltered me as a kid from seeing in the spirit and all that my son and daughter could handle it well. God knows them He made us. Amen. And we have to die to fear too it is a spirit. You had it sis. Yuk I know. Tell it to flee it has no grounds you are a Chrisitan or are you?
Watch what you let him watch too yes that can be bad for the young. Be picky it's okay someday they will nag at you if they backslide hope they don't though. okay the six yr old's vision and I think I did m y son's after:
"And it shall come to pass afterward, [that] I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions" Joel 2:28

One day last spring, Joan and I were having lunch with our friends Chester and Jean Sharpe. Chester told us of a family he knew that had an unusual thing happen. When he begin to relate the event, I asked him to send the testimony to me, which he did about a week later. It was so thrilling that I wanted to share it with everyone possible! With permission, I do so now.

Jordan is a six-year-old boy who lives here in Phoenix, Arizona. I am told that he is shy and retiring-not outgoing (that is the thing that makes this so astounding). To protect him from those who would not have his best interest at heart, I will not use his last name. You may know that this is the true testimony just as his mother heard and wrote it. - April 20, 2008

Jordan and God
We went to visit my grandparents (Jordan’s great grandparents) for lunch with the family. On the way home in the car with my husband, my mother, my son Jordan (6yrs old), and My youngest son (3yrs old). Jordan started talking about God…

Jordan and God
We went to visit my grandparents (Jordan’s great grandparents) for lunch with the family. On the way home in the car with my husband, my mother, my son Jordan (6yrs old), and My youngest son (3yrs old). Jordan started talking about God…
*Testimony*
First he said which got all of our attention. This planet will be destroyed. In 2011 some things will start happening, like what I asked. There will be bombs. The armies are going to throw bombs at us, but we have things that can block bombs in the air and throw them back. Who is going to throw bombs at us I asked, China he replied. How does he even know anything about China, he is only 6 we thought? (Is he predicting a war with China in 2011?). There will be lots of volcanoes with fire coming out, floods and those twisting things…what are they called mommy? “ I replied” tornados? Yes, tornados… he said.

At this point we all had goose bumps and were in awe! Then Jordan said those bugs that look like ants, there will be lots of them everywhere but they will grow big and have faces. (Is he talking about the plague of the locust in the bible, but he doesn’t know what locusts are called? If you think about it locust enlarged kind of do look like ants) We will be scared he said, but God says it’s ok and not to be scared. He continued there will be a lion with lots of horns and fire coming out of his mouth. People will disappear and people left will be like huh? (Dismayed). There will be clones too. Clones? I said “ do you even know what clones are Jordan?” Yes he said when there is more than one of the same people. Who will be the people that are clones, I asked? Everyone, he said, after we die and go to heaven, there will be clones of all of us there and you will see and it will walk inside of your body and then there will be only one of you. (I wonder if he is talking about the Holy Spirit?)

Jordan continued saying, after the world is destroyed, the clouds will come down to the earth and God will re-grow everything on earth. God will say “ trees grow” and they will grow. He will just tell just tell everything to grow back again And they listen. Everything will be new again. And God will live with us on earth. What happens to all the bad people asked his grandma? They will go with the monsters, he said. And the other good people that are already dead will open their eyes and they will Wake up, there skin will re-grow and they will get up and go to Jesus.

What will heaven look like we asked? In heaven the streets are made of gold and they are slippery (probably meaning shiny we thought). There are lots of flowers of all colors, lots of yellow flowers. There are lots of butterflies and ladybugs. Grandma asked, are we all going to live in our own houses in Heaven? Yes Jordan answered but all the houses will be connected together. There are no bad people there. Everybody is happy. The animals go to heaven too and they talk. The lions are nice. The goats are nice. The goats will sleep with the lions. Do we eat there, asked grandma…yes there is lot of food, and you can have anything you want. The trees talk too, if you want an apple all you have to do is close your eyes and ask for a apple and an apple will appear on the tree. Anything you want in heaven, you just close your eyes and think of it and you will have it.

We’re going to be invisible but not to each other. The other people who are not in heaven can’t see us. It’s like magic. Who tells you these things Jordan I asked, I just know he replied. Does God talk to you and show you these things his grandma asked, yes he said. He tells me I can make wishes but not for myself…only for other people. Your not suppose to wish for yourself. We all asked one by one are we going to heaven and he replied, if you’re good.

Was God talking through him to testify to us, did he have the Holy Spirit upon him? We do recall one thing later that night. Before eating lunch at my grandparent’s house we all formed a circle and held hands to say a prayer and my husband and me noticed Jordan went limp and fell in front of me on the ground. He then jumped up confused and got back into the circle. Maybe the Holy Ghost touched him then, or maybe that was just Coincidence. But we do believe that God was using my son to let us know that he is real and he is coming back for his people.
